Little Switzerland Report

Little Switzerland NC is a unique mountain town surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest. Early visitors who reached the mountaintops in the town were overtaken by how gorgeous the panoramic views were. The deep valleys and vistas were simply stunning and very much like the Jura Mountains of the Swiss Alps.

Whatever you do - please do NOT deal with Tammy at Thurston Associates. Evidently Jacquie may offer better customer service. However, Tammy was difficult to coordinate with, was 30 minutes late to showing and confusing about rental details. Even after working through several layers of application process, she reported a week later that the property was no longer able to rent due to the tenants changing their minds. All to note - my four hour trip to view the property & and $30 application fee was completely wasted. When called to inquire next steps, she literally hung up on me. Please do yourself

These people are rude and scam you out of the $30.00 app fee. The ladies in the office that answer the phones are extremely unfriendly people.
