Services
Sarah started her career in bridal in 2005 as a Junior in high school working for the former owner of Heart to Heart Bridal. In 2019, Sarah & Ryan purchased Heart to Heart and rebranded our Manchester location as Two Hearts Bridal! Sarah is a graduate of Penfield High School and Nazareth College and is currently a resident of Webster.
At Two Hearts Bridal we primarily sell one of a kind designer wedding dresses out of our collection. For that reason, our inventory is constantly changing! At Two Hearts Bridal, our shopping experience is laid back and easy. No pushy salespeople and no uncomfortable fitting room experiences here! Your fitting room reservation is just that, a fitting room reservation. While we always have staff available to help, we recommend bringing a designated person with you to help you get in and out of dresses.
Two Hearts Bridal was born out of the need for more options for brides on short timelines and smaller budgets in the Rochester, NY, and Finger Lakes region. Hate to say this but I did not have a great experience with 2 hearts bridal. I did end up purchasing a gown from them along with a veil. After, I decided I wanted a longer veil so I called them and asked if it was too late to exchange it to which the manager Amy left a voicemail saying it was not. She did not mention that I had to come in and do the exchange by a certain time period or I would have come in to do so. Now I am stuck with a veil I do not want. They are not flexible and willing to work with people. I would not recommend them.

My experience at Two Hearts Bridal was amazing!! I had a virtual meeting beforehand to talk about the styles I’m interested in, discuss sizing/body shape, and give the shop a feel for what my wedding theme is. Then when I got there for my appointment, there were 4 perfect dresses waiting for me in the room. I tried them all on (loved each one) and untimely chose the first dress I tried on. Going into dress shopping I was very insecure and thought I wouldn’t find a dress that fit my body type. I was completely wrong-every dress fit great, and they have more than just a size 6 to try on! Going in I was nervous about trying on dresses because I wasn’t sure if I’d find the dress I’d fall in love with. Once I started trying dresses on, they made me feel so comfortable and helped with every question and concern I had until we finally found the dress I loved the second I put it on. The staff is so sweet and reassuring! I will recommend to all my friends when their special time comes!

I had a great experience at Two Hearts Bridal last Wednesday! It was nice to be the only client to one stylist. My stylist (Jeannine) was very helpful and nice. I've been to one other bridal shop and the stylist had multiple clients and it was so busy and crowded there it was just overwhelming and not a good experience. So when I went here I was hoping for something more relaxed and enjoyable and that's exactly what I got! Also, as a bonus, the prices are amazing for the dresses they have. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I cannot recommend this place enough...I had an AMAZING time at Two Hearts! I honestly had been dreading trying to find a dress. My first dress shopping appointment was at David's Bridal. The stylist I had been paired with chose gowns that were unflattering/not my style, and when I tried them on she did not pin/clip them so they remained baggy. I left feeling really down about my body and the prospects of finding a dress.

Highly recommend Two Hearts Bridal! I worked with Bridget and she was phenomenal — responsive, constructive, and knew the store's stock extremely well! I felt absolutely no pressure to get my dress from there which was a relief (even though I did end up getting my dress from them). I love that you can buy the very dress you try on and go home with it that day. But you can also order your dress in as well, which is nice if you want to customize any particular piece. If you're in the market for a beautiful wedding dress, definitely check out Two Hearts!

Everything was amazing from the virtual consult to the attention in the fitting room. I felt like you truly understood what I was looking for by actively listening to what my day was all about. Everyone was patient and kind and extremely accommodating. Talking through each dress was helpful. I was absolutely dreading this for the four years I have been engaged. Working with Bridget and Amy was the most amazing experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was not expecting to find my dress the day that I went. Bridget was amazing and knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process and gave me some tips on customizations that were unique to each dress I had on. Would recommend this place to anyone! It was validating to be able to take my dress home that day and not need to worry about going back to pick it up. They also let me know that I could come back with my dress for an appt specific to accessories (veil and belt)

For anyone who feels nervous about dress shopping, this is the store for you! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and creative. In fact, staff pulled dresses for me and I found a winner! From picking out the dress to the fittings, I highly recommend this store to all brides! Amazing experience!

If you are looking for lace...this place is for you. This place is inundated with the trendy lace wedding gowns. Sooo much laaaaaace. Very large store that mostly caters to the bride. Very little options for bridesmaids/wedding party.
At least that was my experience on my mid-fall 2015 visit. I can't tell you if they were phasing out the current selections and waiting for 2016 inventory...because we weren't given any more information. So my advise goes directly to the brides. This place is worth checking out for your dress -- not so much the wedding party or the Moms. Sad to admit
