Great customer service, prompt free estimate! Very experienced, reliable, friendly, kind and fast! While other companies wanted 3 days to do the job, they got it done in 2 hrs!!!!!!!! They're using a cement that hardens in 1 hr while the others needed 1-2 days! The neighbors were in awe! And the quality of their work is outstanding! They gave us the best price!
They also did the work sooner than expected! Somehow they fit us in!

We are thrilled with our Rain City Fence experience from start to finish. Robin was super responsive in arranging and scheduling services and Caleb was extremely professional in creating a quote for our unique project (partial fence repair due to a hit and run) and new side gate.
However, the best part of the experience by far was Michael and his crew who created this beautiful fence on a steep hill in the heat, and somehow managed to exude nothing but positivity and professionalism throughout. Rain City was excellent every step of the way. Getting an estimate was easy - thank you Eli! Scheduling and payments were easy once we figured out that some emails were going to spam - thanks for helping us on that, Robin!
Most impressive were Michael, Mark, and John. They were here for four days, always on time. They demo’d an existing chain link dog run and even offered to take our old rusty swing set away in their big dumpster.
They play music (Michael sings along!) and genuinely seem like they’re having a good time, always being respectful of our neighbor’s ears and driveways.

Was thoroughly impressed with Rain City Fence from start to finish. Caleb provided a very competitive bid for our fence, gate, and railing project. I had a few special requests as far as style of the fence - I wasn't looking for something that was 'cookie cutter'. He was willing to work with my requests in a way that made sure I got what I wanted and also made sure the price of the fence remained reasonable. He was super patient with all of my back-and-forth on the estimate. In the end, the proposal was exactly as I wanted and I felt really good about moving forward with their bid

Caleb the owner was fantastic. I must say that Taylor and the man doing the work with him were even better. They listened, made sure they understood the work orders. Before you hire them.. on the initial walk through be VERY VERY clear about the work plan. I mean DETAILED. Don't let them look it over and then give you their estimate. They completed two fences, and Eli and the crew did a good job. Caleb is a charming and personable fellow... but be dead certain you know what you are contracting for. On one fence they said a block of cement was "part of the grade" and when we noted that the bottom board was at a major incline we asked them to remove it so the bottom would be straight. Something that should have

Rain City Fence just completed our fence project. Caleb provided the best quote with the best quality materials. He is very personable and had continual communication throughout the project. His team consisted of Eli and Robert. Eli was team lead. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our yard was very tricky with the hills and slopes. The end result is absolutely beautiful. We are very pleased. I would definitely recommend Rain City Fence for anyone looking for their next fence project.
