Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality
Haas Towing was used twice recently. They are professional, communicate well, and deliver great customer service. I don't live in the Rockford area but their communication and professionalism that I witnessed during both recent transactions are worth noting. Great service.

I don't typically do reviews. I read briefly when in need and base my calls of one sole review. Knowing that's what I do, I want to make sure that this review is out there for the entire world!! not just rockford area. We are a large family and headed out and away from home the weekend before Christmas, to see the lights in Rockford as a family our 2004 suburban had never let our family down so we pile in our oldest is 11 years old the youngest is 1 year old we were seats filled driving thro sinnissippi park and 1 and half hours from home our alternator decides its days are over when pulling out

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My car wouldn't start but I had to get to work. I left for work with my son's car and had my keys with me. I called Haas and they came to my job to pick up my keys so I wouldn't be late and towed my car where it needed to go! They were life savers and made my day so much easier, despite having car troubles!

The tow truck driver Mike was Extremely Professional and was able to trouble shoot and remove my stalled car from the garage. He had to maneuver the car completely away from one side of the garage otherwise it would’ve completely scraped the entire side of the car.
I use Haas towing Exclusively.

Considering that getting your car towed is a frustrating experience, I’m super grateful to have been able to have used Haas. My tow driver, Tanner, arrived so quickly, made the experience totally painless, and he was probably one of the nicest people ever! He lifted my 11 year old daughter and myself home and he made us feel totally safe and comfortable, and he was very kind and endearing to two ladies alone in a truck with a driver. Thank you Tanner and Haas for making a rough experience still a nice one!

Very professional. Handled my car well and placed it carefully at the drop spot. Chris, the operator was exceptionally friendly and courteous. I was called immediately after I called in the tow request. I was notified where he was at and how long it would take to reach at my location. I definitely recommend Haas Towing. They're my go-to in Rockford!!

If you want a professional to tow your beloved car, call Haas. These guys know what they're doing. As an avid car enthusiast, I not only recommend these guys to my friends, but will only use Haas for all my tows. You get what you pay for in this business. Sure someone can do it wayyy cheaper, but how do you know it's someone who actually knows what they're doing???

Most horrible service and body shop repairs imaginable to man. After continually telling me "two weeks" and delaying completing the repairs I was called on Friday morning telling me the car was done. The catch was, I had to pick it up by noon (they were closing early) or I was going to be charged storage over the weekend. Since I was at work this of course created a problem. Long story short when I went to pick the car up the repairs were so horrible I refused the car. The doors were in crooked, they had waves in them from the accident, etc. Haas Auto body refused to fix the car correctly

A flat tire on I-90, on a Sunday, can really ruin one's day off. I was heading up to Madison from Chicago when it happened, so I'm not very familiar with the Rockford area. At a suggestion from a friend, I called Haas and not only were they out there, loading my car up, within 20-30 minutes, they gave me *really* good advice on where to take it.
They were exceptionally friendly and got me where I needed to go for a very reasonable price---not to mention that this was the first snow of the year, so I can only imagine the queue they had! Thank you guys for making what would otherwise be

I didn't call Haas cause my car broke down. In fact I didn't call them at all. I salvaged my car to a large salvage auto parts dealer here in Rockford LMQ....I called them cause I figured hey I'm not investing $$ in my car I got my use out of it and knew that selling it to salvage would be a good deal. Anyway, HAAS was contracted by LMQ to recover my vehichle. Vince showed up had the paperwork and check all ready to complete transaction. He communicated clearly and represented LMQ and HAAS very professionally. He was very efficient. He even went a couple miles out of his way to drop

I just got done with what many people would consider a stressful day. My car broke down off the interstate on a Sunday afternoon near Rockford, IL and I thought I was stranded. I made it to a gas station where they referred me to Haas 24 Hour Towing. Within 30 minutes my car was on a tow truck and I was headed home to Madison, WI. Joe, one of the owners at Haas, took the job on his day off to make sure I made it home safe in bad weather. He offered me a reasonable rate and friendly service. I could not think of a better example of outstanding customer service.
