Excellent Customer Service and Dispatching by Scott. Excellent and Professional Towing by Arron. What really impressed me was that they were on time even though IT WAS RAINING and they were Towing a 26 FOOT RV. Just WOW!!! Went above and Beyond. The Name Accurate Towing is a understatement. If you want to avoid being overcharged for a tow truck driver with bad hygiene, horrible customer service, and 3 hours late with your front bumper missing, PLEASE Do yourself a favor and call Accurate Towing. Thank You again Accurate for hooking me up (no pun intended).

I was stranded on Old Town Road last night, February 15. Called every towing service in the DeKalb and Sycamore area. Accurate was the only one that would give me any specifics on being able to help me. They not only showed up earlier than expected but the service was impeccable. Aaron was positive and professional as you could hope for in an emergency situation like that. I highly recommend this business. Thank you so much.

My pickup overheated on I-88 and I called Accurate to tow it to my house near Malta. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call. I was back home and in my alternate car within one hour of my call. TJ was the driver and he was very pleasant and worked like a pro. He treated me with respect and placed my pickup in the exact spot I requested with no problems. I highly recommend these folks!

I have used Accurate towing quite a few times and they are always very prompt and professional and helpful. I will not use any other tow service. As a woman sometimes I am very leary about my safety and who I call and I have only had wonderful experiences with them. I have had Aaron a couple times now and he is always so helpful but so are the others I have had. I know my car is in good hands with them! I highly recommend them!

This is easily the best towing service I have ever used. The dispatcher Colleen was sweet and helpful and our tow truck driver, TJ, was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I will never use any other towing service than Accurate Towing if I can help it. Plus, they put up an awesome Halloween display this past Fall for the kids. A great community business!!!

I called Accurate to get a quote because my car was stuck on the side of the road with a busted tire. Within 20 minutes they dispatched TJ to come get our car. He was on time, polite, friendly, and very professional. He hooked up our car quickly but carefully, and got us where we needed to go safely. He was very pleasant to talk to, and the quote that Accurate gave us was more affordable (and dispatched faster) than any other local towing services. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
