From there he grew and opened a second store in Flanders and then consolidated into one premier store in Chester, N.J. renaming it "Trezar Fine Jewelry". Trezar did some repair of a wedding band and when I mentioned that the results were not what I expected, the Trezar manager was quick to say that their work is 100% guaranteed and that there would be no charge for the repair work! Such customer service is exceedingly rare these days! I will definitely shop at Trezar and bring repair work to them again in the future!

I've never had worse customer service than his place. I wanted to get my wife a Christmas present and was going to trade in some diamond earrings. He immediately told me how crap my earrings are and that he would never sell anything so bad. He was rude and completely unprofessional. I will never step foot in that store again. Horrible

Ken and his staff were extremely helpful and went way above and beyond for me during the busy Christmas season. Ken answered my e-mail inquiry immediately and engraved an extremely important piece the same day. Other stores near me were unable to do it. Having recently inherited bags of jewelry, Ken carefully looked at each item then polished and fixed what he could, and alerted me as to what were expensive pieces of fine jewelry. They are aways welcoming and no matter what the occasion or regardless of the age of the person I'm buying for, i can always find something unique and beautiful. Its quite an eclectic store snd thats what i love about it.

Recently moved to Chester and needed my watch fixed, so I popped into Trezar. Was greeted immediately and warmly with a short tour of the shop, during which I found a great Kendra Scott necklace as a gift for my sister. They had a great selection of fine and fashion jewelry, classic styles as well as trendy looks. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place. I went there to get my watch resized and the woman examined it and brought it back. About 30 seconds was all it took for her to come back with the watch and it was FIXED PERFECTLY THE FIRST TRY! She gave me the extra links just incase and she said I was all set. She didn't charge me a dime. when I offered to pay she said do not worry about it. Great place with great staff would recommend and go again.

Ken and Rae are warm and welcoming. Joe's repair work is quick and expertly done. The store is beautifully designed and the quality and diversity of inventory was very impressive. I was incredibly happy with my entire experience and have now been back to Trezar several times to make purchases. I always recommend the place to friends and family. You know you are going to receive great service and value.

I was very pleased with my experience with this shop. They successfully repaired some inexpensive but treasured necklaces for me. The man who helped me was kind, supportive, and helpful. The repairs were affordable and of high quality. I'll definitely go back for any jewelry repair or to purchase new items. Great shop!

One of the greatest stores I have worked with. I had some work done at another store on my fiancee s engagement ring, probably the most important piece of jewelry we will ever own, and the work was not well done so I was pretty upset. I walked in to Trezar just for an opinion and some advice, and they immediately worked with me to solve the issue. They fixed the work, polished it up, and returned it to me in perfect condition during my visit. They are true professionals and I will definitely be going to them for any further jewelry needs.
