I was having diamonds in my engagement ring fall out and I went to Dickens Jewlers and they helped me find a setting that works so much better! He was able to use my original diamonds and now I’m not scared to wear my ring anymore! I then went back in to get my rings sized and it’s so perfect! I recommend Dickens to all of my friends! I brought a necklace in to be repaired. The jeweler as a professional tells me what needs to be done, I go pick it up and it’s still broken! He now tells me that I have to pay 78$ more dollars to fix it. I then call and he tell me it’s not broken that’s how it was made, it clearly needs to be soldered to make sure it’s secure.
He is arguing with me on the phone that he didn’t look at that?!?! How do you not look at the WHOLE piece before determining how to fix it! He called me back to tell me he will do it for free but I rather take it somewhere else. Completely untrustworthy. Will never

Emmi always greets me with a warm smile and provides the most personalized advice in terms of sizing, customization, and attention to details. She has spent over an hour with me being patient as I went back and forth deciding. Victor is very knowledgeable, talented, and is so fast with his repairs. A true master with an eye for design.
