Keystone Boxing and MMA has really helped my daughter Skylar. Keystone is a place where we test each other and strive to bring the best out of not only ourselves, but also each other as well. The team at Keystone has been incredible! My son is a very energetic and occasionally distracted child. The team has been nothing but motivational and patient! I chose keystone boxing because it’s local, family friendly, and on our free trial they just WOWed me with how welcoming they were. The owner, Jose, is very enthusiastic with the kids and the parents who sit on the side as spectators. The facility is clean, inviting, and secure. Great energy and positive environment for kids, teens, and adults! Highly recommend!

I have all 3 of my kids enrolled in the youth boxing program here and they love it, they always have a great time. The coaches are all fantastic and really take the time to work with all of the kids regardless of their skill level. It’s been a great way to get the kids away from their electronics and the pressure of being back in school and keeps them active while also having fun and learning new skills at the same time. I also love that they offer classes on a few different days of the week so we can make it work with our busy schedules.

These guys are fantastic! I've done MMA my entire life since I was 4 and being able to hop in a class with someone brand new and still have the class be geared towards both of us is something you definitely cannot find everywhere. The staff there is very welcoming. Jose and Mike are some really cool people with amazing experience that actually care about the people who walk in through their door. If you've thought about walking through that door... Do it. You won't regret it.

3 of my sons had attended Keystone Boxing. They really enjoyed boxing practice. My young teen started jogging around the block while training! The instructors did an excellent job keeping my 6 year old son engaged and active. The coaches are very knowledgeable , and I experienced a pleasant environment and experience with Keystone Boxing.

If you're looking for zero ego and legit training, Keystone is definitely worth a visit. I just moved to the area and signed up for a free trial session but ended up paying for membership the same day. Trainers were all VERY professional—thanks Jose, Mike, and Jason for a great first session! Looking forward to improving my boxing.

My son is 5 and attends the little ninja classes here. The coaches are all really great and very good with the kids, my son loves ninja class! They really teach the kids a lot in a way that is fun & they make it easy for the kids to learn. The owner is super personable and very nice as well, he checks in on the kids and greets the parents. I will definitely continue brining my son here, can't recommend this place enough!
