Kaizen has been an awesome journey for me from white belt to black belt and beyond. I started almost 10 years ago and I have grown mentally physically emotionally and socially every day. The life skills (discipline, belief, communication, respect, self esteem, and honesty) have helped myself and all the students around me grow and develop into better people. Nothing but positivity every day from Kaizen!

Kaizen is an amazing martial arts school. My son loves attending classes and has grown so much in the last two years. The instructors are super attentive and always spend the extra time to make sure each child gets it. We are enjoying the journey at Kaizen and look forward to many more years. I also need to point out that Mr LoPinto always seem to have a great haircut too.

Kaizen Martial Arts has been an amazing experience! The instructors are very skilled and patient with all the students. In addition to martial arts, the students learn about positive character traits, and Kaizen students need to demonstrate these traits outside of class, too! Kaizen is an amazing opportunity for kids of all ages!

More than a karate school...it really feels like family here. I’ve seen my son (currently 6 years old) grow so much in the last 6+ months. He’s become more confident, a better listener at home and much more attentive.
I love how Mr. Lo Pinto consistently gives the students an opportunity to lead the class and always keeps it super engaging and productive every night.
It’s safe to say we will be a part of the Kaizen family for quite some time!

My sons started their Kaizen journey over 5 years ago and within that time have gained superior martial arts training, leadership skills, self confidence, self defense skills, and friendships. The Kaizen staff is well trained and truly cares for each and every student. Their adult program is also fun, challenging, and convenient. We love being part of the Kaizen family!

Taking our son to Kaizen has been incredible! He has come out of his shell. He has some anxiety around groups of people, even family. He struggled to get on the mat the first couple of lessons. Within a couple of weeks he was out on the mat with confidence! We have also seen an improvement in his ability to stay focused on the task at hand. The instructors are amazing, the instructors in training give my son something to work towards and show what is possible at a young age. The self improvement mindset is contagious. Our oldest son has been in their karate program for four years (since he was 5). We are so pleased with the physical skills and life lessons such as honesty, respect and communication they teach. Students not only ask for behavior recommendations from parents, but also from teachers. As a team, they encourage each other in and out of class whether that’s on a Kaizen run or in their personal lives. We’re so glad to be a part of their community.

I love how family oriented the instructors are. Super nice and very flexible on schedules. They are very personable and caring about what they do. They put a personal touch on everything they do. Super fun and love to involve the families as much as possible. Take a min and stop by and say hi. You won’t regret it.

Both of my kids (4&7) are going there and I cannot say enough about what a positive impact it has had on our lives. It is an awesome place! It has a family feel, that is very welcoming for both new and existing students. The instructors are professional, dedicated and supportive, they are very good with kids and truly care about them. Our family couldn't be happier with our decision to attend Kaizen Martial Arts. Our boys, ages 5 and 7, are beginning their third year of training here. Its all about fun for them, but I can see them both becoming stronger, more confident, and focused not just in karate but in every other aspect of their lives. The amazing instructors at Kaizen work with families to instill these qualities in each child and give them the tools they need to defend themselves in any situation.
