COVID has definitely taken a toll on the Skilled Nursing world. But I can say one thing, it takes an absolute village to continue to strive every day and to over come such a traumatic experience like COVID. Due to the CDC guidelines changing daily and having to abide by those guidelines it sure did get confusing and hectic but things are finally starting to get back to normal and starting to seem like how life was pre-COVID! Us as staff members continue to keep pushing and striving to be the best of the best and to put our residents FIRST! Thankful for my wonderful team at RCLC! :)

The rules change daily. The recommended Dr care isn't always done. For such a high investment, the grounds are neglected.

Save your time and don’t go working for the rehab staffed or agency I was working agency there and they are trying to report to my agency company how I did a NCNS on a day 8/15 I pulled an entire double after they was extremely short staffed because 3 other cna didn’t show up for 11-7 so I stayed after trying to prove FACTS they are still trying to go with what’s on their “records” they are LIARS & I wouldn’t recommend them to be a place of employment to be more specific Mrs/Ms Angee is a big liar! Please don’t believe anything she say. Even when I tried to explain to Holly she still

My mother is a current patient here and has had two falls thus far. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to visit her inside of the facility. We have great concerns about her safety and well-being and have been unsuccessful thus far in talking with anyone who can provide answers about her care. I am currently sitting bedside with my mother in the hospital due to what I can only assumeto be negligence on the part of this facility.

The place at first glance looks wonderful. The staff especially at the front desk is extremely rude. They don’t allow you to see your loved one in their room. I have been my Fathers caretaker for 3 years. I understand they worry about COVID, you can have a mask on and they take your temperature, that should be enough to clear you of COVID. I doubt the person that has taken care of him for three years all of a sudden is going to give him COVID. They like to bring the patient out into a room full of people. When your done they will leave that patient sitting in a wheelchair for up to an hour. My

My father has been here going on two weeks here. Most of the staff have been great. They addressed any issues that have cropped up. I only have had one major complaint and that was attended too quickly and the staff member was moved and hopefully re-trained.
The front staff have been great and understanding. They have been willing to work around my work schedule and provide me the ability to visit in the room as an essential caregiver most days. They call within a sort period of time if something significant happens with my elderly father.
The CNA's and Nurses have been great and have had a lot

One of the cleanest facilities in Lake City and well managed ! I visit here at least 4 to 5 times a week and the staff and employees are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home! That’s why I gave them the highest score in healthcare ! Brenda Lacy is the best administrator !

My mom was in their facility during April. No one could go in. She had a lot of trouble trying to speak with the staff. Their departments do not communicate with one another. The night shift had a few nurses who did not seem to want to do their jobs. Overall, well never let her go there again.

I would like to say that though it took a public announcement of how I felt the care was here to make a difference, there was improvement and things were handled and care was provided as it should of been. Thank you for turning things around. I hope this level of care continues for all the patients in your facility.
This place has great food and is a beautiful facility but when it comes to care they lack tremendously. The care my father is getting and has received here is a joke. I had to drive there from out of town to get them to change bandages, have him checked for bed sores, Which he had
