Very unhappy with the way they are dealing with virus worry. My boyfriend, who has been putting his mother to bed every night for the better part of two years is being told he can't come in after 4 pm because they're limiting visiting hours. This man works six days a week and goes to the nursing home as soon as he gets off work at 5pm and stays til his mother is asleep He is absolutely beside himself.

Wow so impressed with staff! Dana has been extremely accommodating to my nana and I. The nurses have been kind and caring& the Physical therapy ladies have been so understanding of my nanas needs to help get her better. The rooms are kept clean, food is pretty good, I ate with her a few times while her stay. They just don’t serve margaritas lol. One thing I would suggest is that the bathroom have a better counter space to hold a few Personal belongings and add there own personal showers.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place was under staffed, and they ignored and neglected their patients. I would even go as far to say that I saw boarder line abuse. Some of the nurses were very rude and uncaring. People will hit their call light button and be stuck waiting for usually at least an hour. I saw so many different patients soaked and they had to sit in it and wait for someone to change them. The patients who have family that come visit on a regular basis gets better care then the ones that don’t. The ones that don’t will sit and suffer, and be neglected. The place

We were in a situation that we had to move my Mother out of the hospital and Suwannee Health was the only place in our area that had a bed. We were not thrilled to be going here as it was going to be a drive to come visit. Once we got my Mother settled here and had a chance to interact with the staff we had a chance to move Mother closer to home we chose not to. The staff in this facility is amazing the administration to the care givers all showed my Mother and us such compassion and took such good care of my Mother that I felt we could leave her and not be worried. My Mother was only there for
