I went in to book for a limo and first thing I see is a mice run across so I was kinda disappointed in seeing that but only to find out that the limos and even the buses ac where Terrible it was a waste of time to even look at them honestly if you can save your money and look somewhere else ....

I have never been a customer of High Class Limousine. But I have driven my own car NEAR one of their limousines on Locust in Milwaukee and I can safely (lol) say that aggressive driving and a 19-foot-long Excursion mix about as well as Red Bull and hydrochloric acid. I especially loved the fact that he felt no compulsion whatsoever to use his turn signal when cutting me and everyone else off and weaving in between lanes. In Milwaukee. On Locust. In traffic. At 2pm on a Saturday. I'm giving them two stars because I am sure he was not late to wherever he had to be. After all, he turned right on a

We booked at the last minute and all our reception night needs were met! The limo took the guys out for an early afternoon bar-crawl then came and picked up the whole wedding party for the reception. The limo then shuttled guests from the hotel to the reception and back throughout the night before dropping us off. The driver was SO accommodating! He helped those who were struggling out of the limo, he helped with loading and unloading gifts and made sure all the kids got a chance to ride in the limo. They were great!

We contracted High Class Limo recently for our daughter's wedding. The trolley was exactly what we wanted. It really provided a great experience. And it had air conditioning which was absolutely needed (not all trolleys have AC, you have to ask). The driver was very engaging to the wedding party which added a lot to their experience. We also needed a transport bus for moving people between the hotel and the event. HCL gave us a package price for the two vehicles/drivers that made it affordable for us. (We checked out many other companies and nobody could could offer pricing close to HCL). All service

I'd call myself picky; so my 5-star is genuine. We booked the service for a 2st birthday party for 14 guests.
While the communication was minimal, we got what was needed.
With regard to the service, and the price...outstanding! The excursion was clean, quiet and comfortable. The best part of the experience was our driver. He provided EXCEPTIONAL service for us. He was always 2-3 minutes away, and we made 5 stops throughout the night! He was knowledgeable of the city and place to go and how to get there. He was polite and a gentleman to the girls with us.

Absolutely awful company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The bus driver was smoking on our bus while taking wedding photos. Absolutely disgusting, and for the rest of the day our tuxedos and dresses smelt horrible. I wish I could rate this as a HUGE ZERO. After double digit phone calls and voicemails HC refuses to call us back.
