Blackline Limousines

Driver came to pick us up with no mask. When I asked him to put one on, he groaned and rolled his eyes. When I called the company to complain, the person on the phone ended by wishing me luck to find a company where the drivers are all vaccinated and wear masks as they don't inquire about whether their drivers are vaccinated or not. I cancelled my reservation and found such company on the first try. I'll pay an extra $75 to take basic safety precautions vs being stuck in a small space with a total stranger with no mask for an hour and a half. I wonder if they do any type of background

Having your stretch limo really amped up the night and created some awesome and unforgettable memories! Montre was outgoing and had some laughs along with us. I am so happy we went with Blackline for our wedding day transportation! We had the party bus for our bridal party as well as for shuttling wedding guests to the hotels at the end of the night.
In the planning stage, everything was so stress-free. Everyone at the office was so friendly. I dropped off the drinks to stock the party bus a few days before the wedding, and we went through the final route and plan. They did a great job! The reservation procedure was clear and precise. The driver was there 15 minutes early and called an hour before just to see if we needed anything. We had a group of 18 travel from Milwaukee to Green Bay for the Panthers vs Packers game. The vehicle was excellent. Our driver Javier was very safe and treated us first class. He drove in very snowy conditions and his skills were remarkable. I highly recommend them!!

Blackline is the best! Highly professional and reliable car service in Milwaukee! We were flying with our young family on a long flight and using Blackline to transport us from Milwaukee to O'Hare. We had a ton of items between the stroller, car seat, diaper bag and several pieces of luggage. Our driver arrived early and helped us pack the car and get us settled for the trip. Because we used Blackline, I was at ease from the start and didn't have to worry about driving through Chicago or parking at a off-site lot. Highly recommend for families!

We had a fantastic experience working with Blackline Limo for our wedding!! Kim was great to work with, answered my many questions and one of our shuttle vans was upgraded to a limo!! Our beer was well stocked and cold for our bridal party (we just wished we had brought a bottle opener as there wasn't one on the bus and the driver didn't have one) The bus was brand new looking and had all the extras you could need or want. We were very happy we chose this company!!

We booked this service a few days before a surprise birthday get together for our daughter and the staff was very accommodating. We booked Blackline Limousines to transport our Brewer party to Wrigley Field (aka Miller Park South). Blackline hit it out of the park even though our beloved Brewers had a seemingly off day. Our trip was worry and hassle free-most important when traveling to/from Chicago on any give day. The limo was spotless, shiny, super cool air conditioning on a hot humid day, and comfortable. Blackline offered pretty much the best rate in town for limo rental for prom night as their costs included gas and tip. There was one initial mix up when a sedan was reserved instead of a limo (even after discussing that I needed 8 people to fit in there). I wanted a Party Bus for my 21st birthday, and after searching around a while and receiving numerous estimates, Blackline Limousines stood out as the clear leader. While a few places offered cheaper rates, I did not get the same sense of confidence from their websites or their emails.
