My wife and I purchased a home from Kargar Homes in 2011, and it was an excellent experience. Mr. Kargar's philosophy is that he'd rather build a quality home than build it at all. As a result, our home includes many high-end features that would normally have been reserved for much larger homes, such as Beam/Electrolux Central Vacuum system and a HEPPA filtration system that reduces allergies.
Amy in the office was also helpful with a minor warranty item and always returns all my calls promptly -- something very important that I have not experienced from other builders. I recommend Kargar fully
