Michael started his lifelong career in construction at the early age of 16 in his family's mechanical contracting business. Within a few years he became managing partner and eventually ran his family's multi-million-dollar company when his father retired. His curiosity eventually led him into construction where he found his true passion, designing and building custom homes.
During the last 30 years as a general contractor, Michael has built nearly $4Bil in commercial retail projects, residential communities and custom-built homes throughout the states of Michigan and Florida.

Newberry Homes is a business with heart. This father and son duo take pride in the reputation they are building in Volusia county and across the state. Chad's business background and eye for design and detail came in handy throughout the project- from negotiations to color palette decisions.
