Literally the only place in America that repairs GPUs! Not only that, they allowed me to ship it and fixed it within a day or two. They saved me over $900 from having to buy new. When I couldn't figure out how to install drivers. They set up an online appointment and did it for me! Incredible service!
Not only that, they sent me photos of the exact components that they repair and replaced, so there is absolutely no question of their value. I am looking forward to shopping them any computer repairs I may have

Came here when my laptop was acting weird and shutting down constantly. Their service was very straight forward as far as running diagnostics and keeping me informed of the process. They were very nice and communicative. After having them issue the results of the diagnostics I ended up opting to buy a new computer rather than having it fixed, however, I was very pleased with their service.

Dad needed a CD tray replaced on his stereo system. Tried buying a replacement but was impossible to find, so reached out to Prime Tech Support for a quote. They responded within 30 minutes! Kept me updated throughout the process and finished the repair within 2 days! Def would recommend and come back with any issues in the future.

Very impressed with the consultative process and results!
Prime Tech installed an SSD hard drive into my 2011 iMac for the same amount that Apple charges to upgrade it during the purchase of a new iMac. And much more work is involved with upgrading it on an older unit.
It runs like new! I will get a few more years out of this 2011, and I saved about $2,500.

I was looking for a honest to dog camera repair shop. These are surprisingly hard to find in these days if smart phone cameras. Prime was great diagnosing my troubled Nikon D40x. Based on this, I wouldn't hesitate to bring (or at least ask about) other electronic repairs.

Prime Tech Support was the most convenient laptop repair store I found online with good reviews, so I decided to visit them to repair my laptop, which was not getting power.
When I got there, I wanted to discard that my charger was not functioning so I asked them for a charger and, to my surprise, they said they did not have one even though they originally explained that I did not need to leave mine; and then after I explained that I needed to revive the computer ASAP, they said it would take 2-3 days to review and then it could take up to one more week. So, when I mentioned they were being rude

Absolutely wonderful service! The network at my office was having issues, the internet was coming and going, and my IP phones were not as reliable as they should be. I called Prine Tech as my regular IT guy was busy, and much to my pleasant surprise, they were able to get out to me within hours.
Their technician (I forgot his name) was great, he tested each cable and replaced the terminals on 4 of the lines, everything up and running again, the bill was reasonable and I was thrilled to have found a new resource for my tech headaches.

They fixed my 2nd iPad screen . ( My toddler and her 2-year-old tantrums )
I feel like I should have a rewards card since we are very usual in the store.They are very professional and fast. The screen had been replaced perfectly and the edges are flawless. It just looks like new again.
I would recommend to everyone especially if you have a toddler into your iPhones and iPads !

I found these guys on Yelp as the fan in my old Dell Inspiron made noise for a couple of weeks and finally stopped working. I ordered the fan ($8) on Amazon Prime (it got to me a day late) and had Prime Tech install it for $100. They are extremely professional, honest and know what they are doing. The laptop is working like new! Many thanks to everyone there.

These guys are true life savers. I came in on a Monday with a laptop that could power up but had no image on the screen. They talked me down off a ledge, talked me through the process, and diagnosed the issue the same day and had my laptop completely fixed and ready to go just two days later. They were patient and knowledgeable and had excellent email communication through every step of the way.
I also brought in my iPhone 6 after picking up my repaired laptop and they had the screen repaired like new within 30 minutes!

I have heard and read about this place and decided to give it a chance. I am so shocked about how good, fast, professional, effective and nice these people are.
It's a little shop on 36th street, about 2 blocks west of midtown miami. Service was so professional, receiving updates when my part arrived and when the computer would be ready.
Claudia, the owner is completely hands on and is in top of every detail. This is my go to place for anything apple, iPhone, and even home/ office networking - including doing certain adjustments on my network so that it becomes more secure and faster.
