I am not to tech savvy when it comes to computers. Rob was very polite and helpful on explaining the issues I was having. He was able to give a breakdown of ways to fix with many options. It was quick and easy to drop off and pick up computer once it started working. I liked that he offered even to give upgrade options for any future ideas. He responds to calls or text pretty fast as well, so he is great communicator. I highly recommend if you are looking to fix or upgrade your computer.

Robert is very knowledgeable on all mac devices. He did an amazing job in updating my 2011 MacBook Pro and iMac. They now run at lightning speeds, like new. I am so happy that I was able to extend the life of my device and save money too! Before you consider buying a new device, check our R.E.C IT! (I use my devices for DJing and remote teaching)

This man saved something I didn’t think could be saved.
My IMac was super slow for the past 2 years. I took it to Apple, they called my 2014 IMac obsolete. The nerve of them, all it needed was a little love and that’s what my man at R.E.C. IT did.
I thought I was going to have to buy a new IMac. But I am now saved. Thank you for resurrecting my computer. Will definitely be back if I ever have any other IT needs.

Had my iMac, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro repaired. The first two got new hard drives and the MacBook Pro needed a battery replacement. All three work perfectly, like new. I have never had such a great experience with tech repair! Quick service, great prices and amazing skill. Robert explained everything well and was a pleasure to hire.

The battery in my Mac had become really unreliable. It got to the point where it wouldn't even last an hour. I was able to drop off the computer in the AM and Rob had replaced the battery and cleaned up my computer by that afternoon. Now it works for hours on a single charge. Rob is super responsive and very professional. I will definitely use his services again!

I brought my Mac book pro 2010 to get fixed after having some issues with it. Robert upgraded the memory and helped me install a new OS. I have an old computer, I had someone work on it & nothing change all he did was delete my save pictures. I was thinking about just replacing it but I found R.E.C (Mr.Robert) so I decided to try one more time. I called him up & dropped off the computer around 2pm by 6pm he called to said it was done. Not only did he fixed my computer but he also recovered my deleted pictures which I was so happy about. Great job Rob I will definitely recommend R.E.C to anyone
