We have an 09 Toyota Camry which had started making a an awful noise. I called Elizabeth Auto Care and made an appointment to diagnose the problem (s). They replaced the belt tensioner pulley on the first appointment and the water pump on the 2nd. Not only were they fast, but they were also very HONEST! Something you don't always find anymore! And they do GREAT WORK! I'd give up 10 stars if I could!! I highly recommend ELIZABETH AUTO CARE! 💯💯💯

I HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth Auto Care!! They have a very knowledgable staff and unlike most auto shops, they DO NOT try and upsell you on things you don't need. Their mechanics and management staff are completely honest about the things that need fixed or replaced and they never try and rip you off, unlike most places I've taken my car. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I drop my car off and I'll never go to another shop again. They have honest business practices and quality staff. If you take your car here you will not be disappointed!!

I have been a customer with Elizabeth Auto Care now for 6 years. Every time we need their services we are left feeling at ease that the work is done properly and efficiently. Really nice staff. Had van towed there. They were patient well we decided to repair or junk the vehicle. They offered wonderful payment plan and very much considered putting in the money to the old Mini van. Turns out we didn't do the work on it, but will bring all my other vehicles in for repairs because we like their work ethic.

When the mechanic that I used to go to closed shop, I had no idea where to take my car. A friend recommended Elizabeth AutoCare. I have gone there several times and have had exceptional service. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. They have won me over. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. They are all about customer service, which is rare these days, and do great work. They truly are the best and I would never trust another place with my car.
