Friendly and explains everything well. Good service and doesn't rip you off. I've had breaks and rotors installed, state inspection, and a tire repair completed there without any problems. I usually drop my car off and pick it up a few hours later.

I will not go anywhere else. Pinnacle mechanics are very knowledgeable. They get you in and out. Just like anything else it can sometimes be costly but Pinnacle has actually saved me money. I recently got brakes all the way around ,oil change, and state inspection. I left a satisfied customer because I priced brakes and I actually paid less. Pinnacle is like a good bourbon. They give it to you straight no chaser. I don't know about you but that's how I like my bourbon.

I have been taking my car to Pinnacle for a very long time...I have always been treated with the absolute best customer care! They are always honest, and never try to sell me any services I don’t need. They are very nice to do business with! I HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle! I've never felt pressured into a service that I didn't need and their workmanship, just like their public relations, are top notch!
