There employees are knowledge in how to do the job but the warranty is not explained in full so that you wont be able to use it and have to keep paying with every visit. his is in contrast in that they offer free follow ups to ensure the ants are gone.

I have used Sunrise for years, and have been pleased with the quality of their service. Through a combination of on-demand visits to address existing pest issues and their proactive quarterly service to prevent pests from establishing nests/colonies around my home, I have found them to be effective at keeping my home pest-free. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for pest control services!

Extremely happy, I have used them here and at my Mother's house over the last few years. Paul was the guy I dealt with face to face this time. Very smart, asked the right questions, and did not try to push a plan on me for future monitoring. If I did want that, I would have used them though. Did not need it in my case. At least for now. :)

I don't think I've ever written a review for a place until now, but I feel like I should do my community a favor by warning them not to use this service if the service I received is representative of their typical performance. I had carpet beetles on a rental I am residing at. When I initially called, they told me they would go on the roof and in the crawl space to see if there were any carcasses that maybe where the carpet beetles are coming from, and that I would need to vacate my property for 4 hours post-treatment. I had an ant problem in my house. The company charged $255 to come out and get rid of them. They came two weeks later for a follow-up to make sure the job they did worked. I didn't realize it until later, but they charged me $120 for the follow-up. And then I called them a month later to let them know the ants weren't gone, and they charged another $120. Total waste of money for a job they never completed. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Sunrise has treated my property for Bald Faced Hornet nests with excellent results. The nests are no longer a threat after just one visit. Our young boys have become good at spotting them every year, and let me know when to call "The Bee Man". It's a bonus when they get to watch from the window while the technician takes back our yard!

We have used Sunrise Pest Management for over a year. We have had chronic issues with mice and carpenter ants due to outdoor construction, etc. We also live in the woods. I've been using Sunrise Pest Management for several years at multiple houses now. Get their quarterly maintenance program. They take care of everything and it keeps the bugs away year round. When it starts to get warm out, and if you notice spiders in the house, they come out between scheduled visits for free.
But the best part of this company is the people they have working for them. Without exception, every single one of them have been friendly and professional, which is so important when you have strangers coming into your home.

True professionals. They've been to our house on two separate occasions. No matter who comes to the house, I feel good about the service I'm getting. Everything works so smoothly with these guys. I don't stress when they get there. Everything is explained in a way that makes sense. And I feel in control of how much I need them to be here but they gently offer regular service without pressure. Very pleased with my experience! I've never had pest problems before and was totally freaked out to admit my house had ants. Sunrise was extremely profession from the time I spoke with their sales person on the phone, to the time their technician completed service. I did appreciate that they emailed a couple days later to see how my service went- gave me a reminder to let them know I needed them to do something else. Thanks, guys! TERRIBLE COMPANY, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hired this company years ago to treat my subterranean termites in my 1890 home. They came in and drilled holes in the concrete floor and applied the treatment. After having worked with this company for several years, including a major treatment for subterranean termites, and having monthly and/or quarterly scheduled maintenance service for several years, they suddenly stopped showing up to do the routine treatments. After not receiving an invoice for quite some time, I called them up and found out they hadn't been out to my residence

Having used this company for years, I was SO disappointed at how unprofessional it has become. No managers available (not a good sign). They now charge hundreds of dollars for one type of ant. If another type of ant appears close to the time they treated, they want hundreds of dollars MORE

Warranty has changed dramatically. Not much covered anymore, as there are now so many loopholes. They don't bother to tell you this, or prices on the phone, and let you believe you are covered under warranty. They then attempt to stick you with a second big bill upon arrival, even though you paid hundreds

We live on a farm up in the Olympic Nat'l Forest and as one might guess, we have pests - mice, carpenter ants and so on... in looking for a company to help us address the issues, my sister-in-law (she lives in Blyn below us) said she uses Sunrise and is on their All Pest Protection program and has no issues at all. We called them and they came out to look at the place and sprayed for the ants. Within a week, the issue was corrected- no more ants! Many months later, we noted mice had begun getting into the house and we decided to go on the APP plan - within a few days, all signs of mice, GONE
