I had quite a few bumps in my road, at no fault to Stone Lake, but they stuck by me until the end! I work in the medical field and to me communication is everything to me, and the staff was always prompt and thorough, which I greatly appreciated. Honestly. I beyond blown away by this company and what they do for their clients. I had talked to many other mortgage companies before stone lake and each one was very short and didn't give me the time of day. I called stone lake and Alanah Answered the phone. I can't say enough great things about Drew and his staff. They are exceptional. Great customer service and great communication. During our original mortgage rates dropped before we closed and Drew called me with new options that saved us money. We re-financed with them again recently and the experience was just as great! Drew has actually helped us with two home purchases and a refinance, we had an awesome experience in 2011 with him and his company.
