I just love this company!!! They are so professional reasonable, trustworthy and customer service is amazing. I used them to fix my garage door on my first house when we moved here in 2006. The service was so great when I wanted to replaced the doors on my current house to make it quieter since MBR is above garage. I searched high and low for the name and contact info I even reaching out to the ex to ask for the information to ensure I used the right company again. Recently moved to Waldorf and found myself in need of garage door repair. I posted to the Charles county FB page requesting recommendations. Received several recommendations for Access Garage. I contacted them and they had a technician at my home the same day.
Matt (Technician) explained that I had a broken spring, bracket and cables. Upon my approval to proceed, he had my door working within the hour. We had an incident with our garage door and Matt was going to drive from Port Republic to White Plains to fix it on a Friday evening. Thankfully, I fixed it before he left. But because of his willingness to help out a stranded potential customer, I made sure I became a customer. I had them install a commercial grade garage door opener which is more quiet than the one I have on my residential property. Matt, Greg and Stephanie are professionals that I will refer business in the future.
