Alpine Aire is experienced in the service, repair, and installation of heat pumps in Wenatchee, WA, and its surrounding area. A heat pump is a device that transfers heat from one place to another, from indoors to outdoors or from outdoors to indoors. For homes with no access to natural gas, heat pumps offer an efficient and reliable solution for heating and cooling.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Star program, leaky ducts in attics or crawlspaces can account for 20 percent or more of a home's heating and cooling energy losses. Alpine exceeded our expectations! Our old heat pump died right before we hosted Thanksgiving. They came out that same day and rigged the system enough to heat our home until we could get the unit replaced later that month. Nathan then got us set up with a new excellent system perfect for our large home. It is soooo quiet and effective! Bill and Kyle did the install and were super professional, efficient and friendly. Thanks Alpine for saving the day (and our Holidays!)

Alpine Aire has some of the best customer service I have experienced. They were very responsive when it came to follow ups about getting a mini split installed, how much time it would take to install, when they could install it, and the rebates the county provides by getting heat pump. Once the unit was installed, they even took the time to follow up to make sure my wife and I were happy with the service and the new unit they had setup. I will definitely use Alpine Aire in the future based on the experience I had working with them

I am loving my Ductless Heat Pump/Air Conditioner installed yesterday by Alpine Heating and Cooling. Nathan was the first of the 8 companies contacted to call back and give me a quote. His price beat the other competitors. Bill, Tom, and John arrived on time, they were very professional and enjoyable to have in my home. Sharon has been great helping me get the $1000.00 rebate from the PUD. I highly recommend Alpine!

It was the second time I used their service were servicing the system. First time was 8/2018 and charged me $3439.00. When I looked at the description of the service it was clear that they misdiagnosed the problem initially and had to evacuate and refill the system twice so the total cost was… twice as high. Of course, I was not happy, but anyone makes mistakes, so I just paid it. Second time AC broke in June 2021. Their technician, Nathan Davis came up to fix it. Nice friendly guy, he does not have any formal training though, &ldquo

While visiting our in-laws in Wenatchee, Nathan from Alpine Air saved the day on Sunday (4th of July) by repairing a pump and installing a new clear p-trap and cleaner for us. Without his quick thinking and help, our whole extended family would've been without air conditioning for days. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Bill, Tom and Nathan.....what a team. They changed out my mom’s system and ran into problems alllll day but no complaining. Super happy with the installation of my new furnace/air conditioner with heat pump this past Wednesday. All the workers who came out to my home were courteous and efficient. Along with Leavenworth Electric the whole project was done in less then a day. I would recommend this company to everyone. I have used Alpine for years on my Heat pump maintenance. Recently when the tech looked it over there were 2 major problems so I decided to replace the system. I also wanted to move the outside unit to the other end of the house to eliminate the noise in the master bedroom. Also, I wanted the next larger size to better handle the house. There was no problem with this. They quoted on 4 levels of quality ranging from $6,000 to about $13,000. I chose the Very good one as it enabled me to get a rebate from PUD and from Carrier. I have had both a home heat pump replaced and a large commercial project done by alpine air' .both jobs were priced best and done on time. the heat pump on my house I was told by another company I would need a whole new hvac system for $12000. alpine did the heat pump only for $3500. based on my experience I have recommended alpine to many business and personal associates. all have had good experience with alpine air.so today I will call them on a furnace problem.

I recently had a technician come out and inspect my system because it was not cooling. Making an appointment was easy and the people at their office were great so they get 2 stars for that. I was not there during the inspection so I spoke with the technician on the phone about what needed to be done. It was somewhat difficult to get actual details on what he did other than the compressor was bad. After finally getting to what he found we spoke on what it would cost to replace the compressor.

Do not use Alpine Aire. They are unethical and overcharge. They told us we needed a whole new unit at the cost of $10,000 for a house that was built 7 years ago. Alpine Aire did the original installation. We received a second opinion and had it fixed for $240. We made an attempt to compromise on their original service bill that was $216 just to tell us "we needed a new unit" and they were unwilling to offer any sort of courtesy or compromise. Do not use this place of business and if you do please get a second opinion.
