Dick's Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1982 by Dick Higgins, who set up shop in a 900 square foot facility on NE 9th Street in East Wenatchee. He hired Ken Osborne, who bought the company in 1995. Ken moved the business to the current location at North Baker Flats Industrial Park in 2007, where we operate out of a beautiful 9,000 square foot building.

Service was good and service person friendly and efficient. However, price was more than they quoted me when I called to schedule and they added a 'travel and van fee'. Really? Is this not a cost of doing business? They are already charging $105 an hour for service. Then when I called to pay, informed me they would charge a 3% fee for paying with a card. It's 2021 and everyone pays with a card. Was informed I could bring cash to their office or send a check like its 1999. Ridiculous! I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and recommend you do the same.

If they gave hero awards for ac service, Dick’s would win hands down! My ac went out the middle of June, after being repaired by another company in town, who assured me it was in perfect working order. This other company had to have my fan motor rebuilt, which took over a week, because it was too old and not made any more, so would not have a warranty. The day after they installed this wonderful rebuilt motor, my system began arcing, sparking and shut down. I called Dick’s - the tech came on the hottest day of our record heat - bless his heart he found my rebuilt motor was wound backwards!
