I was calling for a customer at 7-ELEVEN, but it was a quality experience. The owner showed up and very nice truck and waited patiently to assist the customer. It was a Google search that found the company but the result was exactly what was needed. Great job.

Dreadful service, not professional. Wasted 4h of my day with stories. I ended up calling another service and they came within the hour. Stay away from these folks. Unbelievably unprofessional and not serious.

I had a great experience with Baltimore Towing Service LLC. When my car broke down I didn't know what to do or who to call an I found this towing company online off Google maps. When I called the company I got a quick response time to answering the phone. As I spoke to the man Jay over the phone about me driving my car earlier in the day; I informed him that I had a 12v battery in my car an when I was coming from Baltimore city to Baltimore county my battery started to die. If I could give a 0, I would!! I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! We initially called at 2pm, my Mom hit a pot hole and blew a tire!! We called many times after trying to figure out where they were and how far away!! I called at 447pm they said 20 minutes away!! It was 620pm and they have still not showed up, so we canceled the service since my Mom was still stranded!! My Mom called after me around 545pm they were quote 2 minutes away!! We have all the phone call records which we will submit to the BBB also!!

Waited 5 hours total. Called after 2 and a half hours and was told it would be 40 minutes. It took another 2 hours. I attempted to cancel my appointment and no one picked up after three attempts. I had to send a text to cancel and it took an hour to respond to that.

Jay was very knowledgeable and was able to immediately figure out I had a starter issue but to get me started and on my way home. The arrival time was reasonable and they saved me and got me out of downtown Baltimore in the middle of the night on a Saturday. Highly recommend.
