Promising Futures has been a light in our lives. We have sent our three-year-old son to Promising Futures since he was two months old. Their communication through the Brightwheel app is helpful and calming, especially during the first few months. The pictures and activity blurb the teachers send through the app give us insight into our child's day. The teachers at PF have created beautiful relationships with our son. He asks for his teachers every morning! The teachers and us have worked together to develop positive plans for our child to succeed. PF has been supportive and flexible with my child

I wanted to wait awhile before I wrote this review so I was not in the heat of the moment. I removed my daughter from care here during the summer due to some serious safety concerns. She had been in daycare here since she was a baby and is now 3. Over the course of our time here we experienced repeated lack of communication between staff and the director in regards to my daughters food sensitivities and should her allergies have had more serious immediate reactions I would have pulled her out long before we did but we try to be patient and understanding.

Don't send your little loves here! The hours and faith based education had us interested and we lasted all of 4 days. We were told by 2 staff members that they were short staffed and had to merge classes in the afternoons. Sadly, it took our daughter being bit on the chest for us to withdraw that very day! Labelled items are lost. The building smells of poopy diapers at any hour of pick up. Info appt conveniently scheduled during nap time so you don't see/smell the inside of the building. Our daughter screamed every time we would pull up, barely napped and didn't eat the entire day. If we had known
