I am a small one-man shop that works from home with no IT department or computer tech to help me when I have laptop or operating system issues. I used to work for a bank so when I had a problem I would just call our in-house IT guy and all was well. But being self-employed for 12 years I had no where to turn and often had trouble finding someone to work on my very small issues that wasn't worth anyone's time so I just had to call around and get advice over the phone. A great group of guys that have deep IT knowledge and experience. The business is located out of the owners house but don’t let the looks be deceiving. They know what they are doing and they do it well.
I recommend to anyone who might be trying to the wait at big tech stores like Best Buy or micro center for pc repair. Odds are you’ll get your pc fixed much faster and for much cheaper because they won’t recommend replacing parts you really don’t need.

I had a problem with my the power supply in my raid and when the manufacture told my only option was to replace it I took it into Caltechsys. Within a few days Caltechsys had me up and running again. The team here is very knowledgable and their rates are extremely reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Caltechsys for any computer repairs.

I had a virus on my computer and I took it to best buy who wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to just take a look at it. Found these guys on an internet search and they were able to clean up the computer within a couple of hours for half the price!!! Very satisfied and charming group of individuals!!!!!!!

Words can't express how thankful I am to have worked with Richard in diagnosing my Dell Inspiron 6000. He assessed the situation and realized it was something he could work on remotely. Richard was very pleasant to work with. I desperately needed to use my computer and thanks to Richard's patience and support we were able to get it up and running. Foolishly tried to take my laptop to Best Buy/Geek Squad for a virus issue. They wouldn't take the job for less than $215 (their basic diagnostic fee -- virus removals often cost extra) and said it would take 3 days to fix my problem. I went to CalTech instead, and Richard removed the virus, doubled my laptop memory and had everything done in less than 24 hours, and all for about half of Geek Squad's price. Awesome place, great work.
