Just had the worst experience at this dealership. Tried to get a new key after my boyfriend lost one of mine, and they had us running back and forth through the departments without any real sense of where to put us. It took 2 1/2 hours when they said it'd take 30 mins, and we had made an appointment. Do not come here. Go to Beverly Hills instead. I tried to call to complain to the manager, and to no one's surprise, no one is available. On the whole, the dealership is a lights on, no one's home situation.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Calabasas dealership. Speaking on the phone before coming inside was so helpful then as soon as we walked in we’re immediately helped. We had a dinner that we had to be at so we were on a bit of a time crunch. It seemed like everybody in the dealership helped us get it done in time, for that we are so grateful. Michael, our sales associate, worked so fast and was so personable and kind. Raja, who completed our finances, worked hard to get us a good rate. Thank you Mercedes if Calabasas!

I was assisted by Jesse A. on the purchase of my 2019 Mercedes Benz A220. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very forthcoming about price transparency and the finer details of the purchase. I felt very comfortable in his suggestions, and I am happy to have been helped by him. Rosa also was very thorough with the financing information. Rosa and Jesse stayed hours past closing to help me wrap up my purchase - I really appreciated their help and enthusiasm even at 10PM when they could have been off work.
