The formation of our property care and real estate concept was created out of a discussion between seasoned realtor, John Rapicano, and local contractor, Joe Cucchiara. Both had numerous requests to combine their skills and knowledge to give home owners, landlords and investors an innovative ONE-CALL solution.
In 2013, Good Hands Property Care (GHPC), LLC (licensed home improvements & maintenance) was formed. Six years later, GHPC saw the need to expand and created their own real estate company, 360 Realty Partners, LLC.
