I have lived here for 3 years and it's been a great experience! The restaurants/bars and the green are a short walk away. The train station is right down the road. The building is older but the apartments are always being renovated. You have a ton of space in your apartment and it has a great look to it. Management usually responds very quickly to anything you need and are very nice. You will love living here!

Very nice location - the building definitely has character. The only reason I'm putting the rating so low is because of the landlords. Really off-putting people, specifically Mark. Their approach is more akin to seeing how many bandaids they can put on things rather than more long-term solutions, which is a shame.

I resided at this complex for many years, and I have to say that the property is always meticulously maintained, and the Management Company does an outstanding job. Work orders are responded to in short order, almost always within 24 hours. The location is second to none in Town – it is on a residential street that is walking distance to the train station, shopping and great Morristown eateries. If you are looking for a building that has it all (off street parking, gym, beautiful grounds, apartments with 9’ ceilings and crown moldings throughout), this is the place to be, and the rental prices

Absolutely loved living here. Yes, the building is older, however, the units are updated and renovated. Brand new appliances and super high ceilings. Maintenance is top notch and the property manager is always available. My unit was spacious and very comfortable. Outside is always landscaped and clean. Location is a quick 7 min walk to the green and even quicker to the train station. 100% recommend. You wont get as much space anywhere else.

Do you like daily construction with no end in sight and no info from the landlords? Then boy howdy I have a place for you! Spend your days living in a bustling construction zone, all while they landlords think its perfectly acceptable for months on end. If that's not representative of the attitude here, I don't know what is.

After visiting my sister in her apartment in the Morris-Hill complex, I knew I had to live in the building at some point too! I have lived at the Morris-Hill Apartment Complex run by the DeMattheis team for around three years. I have greatly enjoyed my experience both at the Morris-Hill Complex and Franklin-Hill Complex. I have told many people, family, friends, and acquaintances over the years that I absolutely love the building and the management team, therefore, leaving is filled with a bit of bittersweet sorrow.

Under very poor ownership. I'll echo the sentiments of Lia Stewart who left a review at the other De Mattheis property on Elm Street in Morristown, NJ. They didn't return my entire security deposit for what amounted to about 40% of monthly rent for "priming a wall" and "repairing wood flooring". When I asked them to work with me on this charge, they wrote back a completely immature e-mail filled with rude and obnoxious comments.
