Kenny G & Company performs a complete jewelry repair service staffed by our "in house" master goldsmiths, trained in all aspects of fine jewelry maintenance and repair. Most repairs are performed right on the premises and can be completed within just a few days. Or you can set an appointment and have your jewelry repair completed while you wait.

Just want to let everyone that you will not regret working with these guys. They performed a small miracle for me by getting my ring back to me so I could propose last week before my fiancé flew across country.
Aside from this they were super upfront and friendly. There was no up selling or pressure. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and they make you feel like family instantly.
If you are looking for that small jewelry intimacy, but the big company warranties I suggest going with Kenny G and Company!

First went in for jewelry cleaning, watch batteries and jewelry repair. Had a pair of earrings ordered but had to go back later to view them. Was disappointed that I could only get 5 pieces of jewelry cleaned at a time because I had a lot that had to be cleaned. Went back another time to view the earrings and did not like them (flimsy clasp) and Tom assisted me. I just didn't see what I wanted. I am fussy about my jewelry. Then told Tom that I needed a gold chain and described the length and what I wanted plus the price range I did not want to exceed. He brought back a chain that I absolutely fell

Went in with the intent to purchase something. I told salesperson my budget. After her showing me 7 or 8 things that were 2 to 3 times what I intended to spend she said she could ask the manager about a cash price. I said ok, and it seemed like the manager was insulted by the being asked... It wasn't even my idea to ask him. I dont disearve rudeness. business lost forever.
