My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and both our wedding rings from here.

They not only helped me pick out the perfect ring and was able to get us awesome financing(probably more than we should have qualified for lol). I would definitely recommend them to my friends! Engagement rings, wedding sets, watches, gold chains and more, are in all of our stores and available to ANYONE with good, bad, or no credit.
Gold is a "noble metal, " which means it's resistant to corrosion, rust, and, yes, acid. When testing a metal you will rub the purported item on a black stone because metal is soft, it will leave a mark on the stone. The process is the same for all gold, silver and platinum items. Acid is then applied to see if the small streak of metal remains.

If I could give them a zero I would but every time I have gone there to look at jewelry nobody has help me I've stood there for about a good 10 minutes and still no help and the last time I went all the employees was in the back laughing and having a good time like they were all on break and now they lost my business and I will take my business elsewhere

Came here to return a Christmas present that did not fit and it was past 30 days they said I had to get something for double the price and they would credit me half of it and I had to pay the other half!!!!! Hell to the no, it doesn’t fit it’s not my fault worst company ever do not shop here ever!!! Beware!!!!!

This place I been a customer for long time. And I hear came bay. A month ago to purchase a ring. And the person name Laura. Was very nice. Tree ok. But. After we got all paper sing out. And I ask for the price they offer. She declined to give it to me. Then the nice person just has change. It was a different employee that offer me that. Now I receive an offer. For a free gift. The same person just told me no. We din have that. And today it's the last day. For this coupon. I just going to pay off this. Ring. Asap. And. No more prestigio for me. Not anymore. I look for other places. It's just ridiculous

I bought my wife's wedding set at Prestigio Jewelers last year and went this year and purchased an upgrade. I've never had a problem with any jewelry or the staff. They've always been professional and courteous. I plan on returning for future jewelry purchases.

Feels like I got robbed bought 10k gold chain $1800 ,plus $175 life time warranty all together and also $500 down .I because I wanted better my credit.And I’ll be looking around online seeing 14k and 18 karat gold Chains cheaper than mine. So I call a jeweler professional , I Ask his Opinion and he asked me did I buy my 10k chain from the jewelry shop . Reply with yes and he said yeahYou already got hustle.The price of the 10 k gold should be $18 gram and So I did the calculations.Times 14 g and witches $252, I think I Made a bad decision coming to them . I bought my husband a watch and wedding band through them and I absolutely LOVED their service and selection. I felt very welcome and they helped me make the best decision based off my needs/wants. I like that they have their own type of layaway program even though I didn't utilize it it was nice to know there was options if I wasn't approved credit wise. My husband works construction so his band gets messed up pretty often and they always polish and buffer it for us free of charge and it comes back looking brand new every time. I plan to buy more jewlery from them as time goes on.

My fiance bought a ring from this store last November/December(2016). He proposed on December 19th. A main stone fell out in January. He purchased the lifetime guarantee upon purchasing the ring so we took it back. They said it would be 4 weeks until it is back. I called at 4 weeks and we were told that it be up to 6 weeks. I called at 6 weeks and we were told that it takes up to 8 weeks. At this point we are both pissed and go down to the store in person and demand to talk to the manager. I explained that I was very unhappy because I felt like my ring was floating out there and nobody knew where

Unhappy with everything I'm going through regarding my ring , won't give me a refund , called corporate office and filed a complaint with the bbb. I'm hoping they take me seriously . Client in lodi got a refunded don't understand why they can't do that for me. Hopefully everything gets resolved unfortunately it had to be this way.

They sold us a $2000 ring, the next day (less Than 24 hours later) we noticed there was a diamond missing. Well I went to returned the ring and they have a no return policy that they didn't disclose. When signing papers they told my bf that these papers are for the warranty, and finanacy, and said nothing about no returns. They employees who work here, are under trained, and don't seen very well educated. I wouldn't recommend going there.

One star only because this place honestly SUCKS. I do NOT recommend this to anybody! I am so upset, I've had so many problems with my ring and this place. My ring has been "getting fixed" more then its been on my finger. My Fiance' proposed and literally 2 months later a diamond fell off. Luckily my fiance bought insurance on it so there wasn't a charge to get it fixed. We finally got the ring back 2 months later when my fiance' pick up my ring ANOTHER diamond was missing. They were about to give my fiance my ring back with another missing diamond. really?? who does

When i went to Prestigio, the workers there are so rude. I purchased my ring and my husband and when i went back to go get it because it was being sized they couldn't find it. I was freaking out because when it happened it was two days before my wedding. Of course they couldn't help me. I will never go there again and will never recommend them to anyone EVER.

Two stars only because I do love my ring. However, if I had to rate them on service alone, 1 star! I barely had my ring for three months before one of the center stones fell out - which, might I add, was guaranteed NOT to happen at the time of purchase. Luckily, my fiancée paid for insurance, so the replacement was covered. But she was also told on two different occasions that if we wanted the set soldered, it would be free. When we took it in for the repair, they said it would be $45! They said they could TRY and get it covered but there was no guarantee. They also said the repair would take

Prestigio Jewelers are the worst company ever!! Today they sent out 2 employee to come harass me and my hubby again just bc we miss the payment for the first time and it has only been 10 days late! Can you believe it?! I had to call the cops out to the house to deal with these ppls! The first time they came was bc no payment was made yet but the agreement was to be paid on Feb 20th on auto pay from bank account and they come out and said we were late when it wasn't even time yet?! We recetly went into Presigio Jewelers to purchase a ring, alls I have to say is that the staff at this location are very rude! However, after filing a complaint with the Area manager Ben he was very friendly and was able to resolve our issue in a timely manner.
