Services

Peak Physical Therapy is the best! I have been a patient of all three of the most professional, caring, and dedicated staff, Garrett, Genevieve and Valerie. Not only is the facility one of the best in terms of facilities and cleanliness, but you can't get more professional PT services in the Bay Area.
Each session is 30 minutes with your physical therapist. During this time we will access your condition, address your concerns and progress your program just like in a normal PT session. We will have you go through your exercises with 1-on-1 instruction and correction if needed. You will receive an email from your physical therapist with a personalized link on how to access the virtual waiting room at your appointment time.
A physical therapist with specialized training in the treatment of TMD can make a significant impact to your TMD symptoms. TMD symptoms may include: jaw pain, jaw fatigue, difficulty opening the jaw, ringing in the ears, dizziness, headache, popping in the jaw, neck pain, locking jaw. We have a high success rate with helping patients to get better quickly.

Good therapist, but poor organization, not helpful in making sure you're on their schedule sufficiently in advance of new appointments, which leads to large gaps in service. Only other annoyance, is no one ever seems to know what they're doing with ice and stim.

The Staff at Peak Physical Therapy are top notch. They are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I've been a few times for different injuries. For each injury I've had a different therapist and each one was incredible... Jason, Julia, and Michi have been helpful and effective at getting me back on the field.

I've been going to Peak PT for about 3 weeks and am feeling so much better. My doctor recommended PT for my knees which were sore from cycling. Kelly's been amazing at helping me understand why my knees were sore, provided strengthening and stretching routines and relief through deep tissue massage. I would absolutely recommend Peak PT in Cupertino.

Kelly is amazing and the way she understands, treats and addresses your concerns is way better than anyone I have seen in South Bay. I went to several places but eventually Kelly did the magic. Tech staff is also much experienced compare to other places in South Bay. I would prefer this place anytime.

I had never been to a physical therapist before, so I did not know what to expect or what could come out of it. Minutes into my first visit, I regretted that I had not visited Peak Physical Therapy months ago. Alex Liang is great! In my first session he greatly relieved the knot in my bicep using massage. I had no idea that massage could make such a difference! He suggested exercises and stretches to help me increase my flexibility and strength in relevant areas. Peak Therapy gave me an account on a site with videos of every stretch and exercise. I can track my workouts on that site. Also, whenever

I am only a couple of weeks into my PT, but I am enjoying the experience. The staff is friendly, competent and caring. The exercises are helping little by little to relieve the pain I have in my lower band and legs. Thank goodness for such good care.

Been coming to Physical Therapy for a knee injury! I had never heard of them before this, and I must say I would defiantly recommend Peak Physical Therapy and my therapist Kelly M. Is amazing. Not only did she explain to me how my progress would be but also showed lots of care for my well being and being able to get me back to normal so I can play with my kids! Love you and I would defiantly recommend Kelly M. for a therapist.

I highly recommend Peak Therapy. All of the therapists are highly trained professionals and the staff in general are great to work with. The other thing I will add is they have an amazing amount of modern equipment to aid in their therapy. Throughout the pandemic they have done more than the CDC guidelines to be sure everyone is safe.

I've had an excellent experience at Peak while rehabilitating from a surgery. The therapists, aides, and front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities are well-equipped, and my therapist (Michelle) has been top-notch. She's so invested that sometimes I feel like I'm her only patient.

My experience at Peak PT has been outstanding in every way. I had a total knee replacement and recovery requires expert physical therapy which Peak provided. Dr. Alex Liang. my physical therapist, was very knowledgeable, attentive and careful not to push beyond my abilities. Three weeks from the surgery I was walking without assistance and my capabilities have only gotten better since. All the assistants do a great job as well. I highly recommend Peak PT to anyone.

The physical therapists at Peak are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, have many specializations (jaw and neck seemed the most impressive to me), and run a terrific clinic (clean, welcoming, and never overly crowded - even before COVID).

I had to rehab my knee after a patellar tendon rupture and a follow on surgery for a bone cyst I developed while recovering. This was by far the hardest rehab I've been though (and I've been through a bunch); in total I spent 3+ years doing PT. Genevieve Cleveland was my physical therapist and she is a literal miracle worker. She would take

Decided to finally get my TMJ checked out after over 10 years of popping. I had 8 sessions with Genevieve, who is an expert in that specific joint. Even though my ligament was stretched over the years (can't be in stretched) it felt greatly improved and stabilized. Before, any slight movement would easily shift it out of place and create the pop. In addition to improving my TMJ, the exercises also helped improve my posture, allowing my shoulders to externally rotate more. Highly recommend.

This place helped me with my neck pain and tightness. I had been having neck issues since February of this year and it only progressed even as I went to different therapists. It seems the others wanted me as a paying client as long as possible. Not at Peak! They want you better as soon as possible and equipped with the proper tools to handle possible recurrence of the issues. I was impressed with this type of ethics. Alex Liang was my physical therapist. He's calm and confident, and he created a good plan for my specific neck issues. My posture improved significantly and that's quite

I have a really positive experience at Peak Physical Therapy. I had some severe headache and caused me to use 3 days sick leave. I scheduled an appointment at Peak Physical Therapy for a four-sessions treatment. Michelle was super nice and experienced, she found out the headache was actually due to overuse of the muscles on my shoulders, which was an outcome that the muscles on my back were weak. She helped me made some plans to practice those muscles to alleviate the pressure on my shoulders and corrected the postures when I'm working. It's getting much better after the treatment.

I was so impressed with my first visit to Peak Therapy. The front desk staf were welcoming and helpful. My therapist, Garrett, is knowledgable and friendly. I've been having pain, weakness, and loss of ROM in my right shoulder. I was able to experience relief from my first visit. I love the exercise routine he provided for me to do at home. He sends an email with videos of all the exercises so you are reminded of how to do them accurately. It has helped tremendously already and I wish I'd gone in sooner!

My first time with physical therapy for a shoulder problem where I couldn't raise my arm above my head or behind my back. I was lucky to be a patient of Garrett's. I visited once or twice a week over the course of a few months. The stretching, massages, and exercises all helped so that my shoulder is back to normal. Garrett also provided exercises for me to do at home as well as modified exercises when I went on vacation.

Garrett is easy to talk with and explained all of the exercises and the goals of my sessions. I also liked all of the assistants who helped. The office appointments

Peak Physical Therapy is AMAZING! I have been going off and on for a few years for various injuries. I have seen Garret all of the times. And all of the times each injury has improved. The most significant recovery has been recently. I started seeing him back in March due to knee pain. I was training for an Ironman triathlon and could barely run 15 minutes without my knee throbbing. He gave me strengthening massages and would do deep pressure massage every appointment. With the combination of appointments and me doing the exercises I was slowly able to work up to running again! I was STOKED

I am very pleased with every aspect of Peak Physical Therapy for the treatment of hip soreness. On my first visit, Kelsey diagnosed my problem as a result of poor posture and how I walk, which resolved my original issue. Over the course of 10 visits, she identified two other issues with my hip, which were cleared up with her suggested changes and therapy. Before my treatments, I would have soreness in my hip after walking for 20 minutes. I can now go on 3-hour hikes with no issues.

I also had no issues with insurance problems, which is nice.

I should add that I just walked in to get treatment
