In town at a BNB and key broke after locking the door!!!! Called them up and they showed up within 15 minutes and it took the technician, Steve, less than a minute to pick the lock and get us back in!!!! Highly recommend their service, very professional and bery fast service!!!

Although they were able to help us out I'm disappointed in the discrepancy of price quoted when I called...my 75 year old father locked himself out of his running car. I called, described the situation and the car year, model, everything. I was quoted $85. I had to leave for an appointment - when I called my dad he said the guy was here in about 25 minutes or so and charged him $95 plus $19. I called back the next day to ask about the difference in price quoted vs. billed price. I was told the $85 was just an estimate. I was not told that when I called and I was not notified of the service
