To a lesser degree, we also help residential land owners. If you have bought or currently own commercial real estate, then you have probably hired a consultant like STC.
The State of Texas now requires various licenses and registrations for almost all services offered by STC. If you are looking for a consultant to help you, make sure they have all the appropriate licenses. Otherwise, you may find the consultant is simply subcontracting the work to other firms that have the appropriate credentials.

Had STC Environmental Services out to inspect some real estate and do some scientific measurements. STC does asbestos inspections, mold assessments, air monitoring, and some engineering work.
They came out right on time, and the staff scientist was friendly and thorough. He took his time to calculate and measure things properly and precisely. Very scientific! Everything was diagrammed and properly labeled.
