I have been going to Ryan for about 2 years now and I can say it's crazy how well acupuncture works. I was very skeptical about acupuncture, AND I'm not fond of needles. I have had back issues going on 22 years now due to an accident in the military. Before, I had been going to Chiropractic care for as much as I could afford to in order to get some relief. I was very cautious to do acupuncture because I have had dry needling and what a Joke that was!! Was originally pleased with Ryan. However, today arrived at 8:50a.m. for my 9a.m. Appt. No one was there. Finally the desk person Deborah arrived at 9:15a.m. Proceeded,to,tell me that I had canceled my appt at 6pm 11/1. Which was NOT true. I drive 25 miles R/T from Fruita and had booked my next three appts in advance with Ryan. Apparently without checking he had received a "message" from someone named Carol at 6pm Monday canceling MY 9a.m. 11/3 appt. He supposedly has two clients named Carol. This was a lie I NEVER canceled my appt. I actually was going to try to be seen every week. Not

Ryan is above all professional, respectful, and comforting to his patients. I just started seeing him a couple months ago for lower back pain. He's happy to explain the process and always takes care of my needs with grace. He's even helped me out with some herbs that reduced my cold symptoms significantly. Great all around acupuncture and Chinese herb shop.
