Good digestion is like setting a stage. All the elements need to be in place. Temperature, warmth, motility, mood, et.c. This process takes proper diagnosis and teamwork between practitioner and patient. Real change in digestion, the kind that lasts, is a team effort where we council you and provide you the tools needed to discover solutions that can truly improve your quality of life.
The need for non-opiate pain relief brings many people of every background to Acupuncture. There are many theories to how this works, the important part is that it does, while adding no strain to the body or addictive side effects. We take an approach that identifies the cause of the pain structurally and according to the more complex and subtle systems of the body.

They are all tools used by this well rounded system of medicine. It is a medicine based on understanding patterns, not diseases. Instead of diagnosing the body by focusing on a single variable, we look at the way the variables interact. Diagnosing patterns is done by asking questions, palpating the body, feeling the pulses, examining the tongue, etc.

Jeff came into my path when I was healing from the primary concern of a healing from a car accident. He's well versed in mental health teaching how the mental health side influences the body and teaching how Traditional Chinese Medicine addresses the concerns. He's professional, personable and cares about you taking control of your own health. I highly recommend him.

Over the last 30 years I've been treated by several acupuncturists, in CA and MD. Plaints included prostate issue, muscle spasms and the stress of living in the DC/Baltimore megalopolis. And now here in Grand Junction, CO, by Jeff Turre for tendon injury. Jeff ranks with the best. He has a relaxing and attentive presence. For those unfamiliar with acupuncture and who might fear needles, Jeff's treatments are gentle and painless. His knowledge of simple, secondary aids to healing, things we can do ourselves, such as dietary, topical and herbal aids , seems quite profound. His treatment is holistic

Meeting Jeff was a great experience. He had an abundance of knowledge and was very personable. He was really dedicated to his profession explaining the whole process and showing his supplies for the acupuncture and cupping. I left feeling refreshed and open minded. It was great getting to know Jeff. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. I can’t wait to go back for another treatment. Definitely 5 stars.
