Lionel is a wonderful person. He is professional, friendly, and gets the job done. I've only been with you guys for a short time, but so far so good? I've found your team to be efficient, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with. I've always done my own property management until recently, and I think I'm hooked. I now live in a different state, and your charge, to me, is worth the headaches you save the homeowner in dealing with the maintenance issues. The speed with which you found new tenants (at the start of a pandemic) when I needed it, saved me a month or two of rental income had I tried to manage the job from another state. Before countryside, I was handling the property myself and had problems from the tenants paying rent.
I did some research and countryside had the top review so I called Robert and then Jason. They took care the problem quickly and found a new tenant with very short down time.
Most time I was talking to Jason for my property and he was very easy to work with. The experience with countryside has been very good. highly recommend.

I signed up with Countryside Property Management in early July, 2019. Prior to this I had been with another management company that epitomized all the bad things one hears about such companies. As I am remote and could not supervise their work except by telephone and internet. When I did go to the property, I was shocked. Due to their mismanagement and inattention, I was confronted with over $20K of bills to bring the house up to rentable condition.
I found Countryside on Yelp. They had consistently high rankings and I decided to switch over to them. My contact, Jason immediately engaged himself

I am tenant and have always been treated with respect with this company. Both Robert and Jason have always gotten back to me with any questions quickly. I love that I can pay online, and the whole convenience of their modern business practices. Also, Mary from the office is very nice. I definitely recommend them! I think when my husband and I buy a house I will try them first too, (I have heard great things about Robert Moore as an real estate agent).

I started to work with Jason from last year for my rental property in Modesto. The experience was great comparing to the previous property management company. Jason always responds to questions quickly, handles issues professionally. The management and maintenance cost are very reasonable. They also use a lot of technologies to improve productivity and make business more efficient.
