It's evident why West Valley Towing has so many 5-star reviews. We had a non-urgent towing need, but Jeff came quickly any way. From his arrival, he had our car carefully loaded, secured, and on its way to a mechanic in less than 10 minutes. West Valley Towing was priced better than some other local towing companies we called and had excellent customer service (win-win). When our car arrived safe and sound at the auto repair shop, we tried to tip Jeff but he had already closed out our ticket and just appreciated the positive feedback. What a guy! An individual was parked in my parking spot that I pay for monthly. Waited 2 and a half hours just for that person to come out and towing never showed up. Spoke to that individual and made sure she sisnt park in my spot again. Definitely wished west valley towing would do their job in a timely fashion

This was the best hands down I'd call them any time any where, west valley tow. He was great, careful and understanding. Very knowledgeable and informative.
