The worst customer service I've experienced with a tow yard. First of all the card I was given says after 5 pm there is 75$ gate fee , which is fine but Im trying to pick it up on a Saturday and wasn't told about the weekend fee. On top of this being a very unfortunate event and extremely expensive for my family and I , the guy is being a total a-hole ,yelling at me over the phone , telling me they don't need to give me every detail when I give behive towing my car,hangs up on me and doesn't answer the phone afterwards. The car is in my parents name which they live in Vegas

If I could give zero stars I would. Shadiest business practices. Towed my husband's work van from in front of our house during his on call weekend. They are super shady to take work vans during the middle of the night. Awful way to make their money. It was NOT illegally parked. It was directly in front of our home. There was NO emergency that would make street usage for parking wrong. I will be contacting out HOA and soliciting for your contract with the neighborhood to prowl through during the night to be dissolved. AWFUL PRACTICES. DO NOT USE.

Beehive Towing has the WORST customer service!! Trevor is an incompetent excuse of a human being. I recently moved to a gated community in South Salt Lake and was in the process of getting an additional parking pass. Meanwhile I saw the signs posted and have been very diligent to move one of the vehicles outside the gate. We fell asleep early and didn't move one of the vehicles and woke up and one had been towed. Trevor answered the phone at approx 6:45 am, admitted he towed it, and said the vehicle was in Draper (after hanging up on us three times).

I'm very grateful to these guys. I called them in a pickle near midvale on northbound I-15 and they were there pretty fast. The driver was very efficient and quick at loading my car onto his flatbed, he offered me a ride right away and took me into Bountiful. The rate they charged me was extremely fair, generous even and I appreciated that. More so, I appreciated how friendly and helpful the driver was. He's clearly dedicated to what he does, and he does it the best way he knows how. I'm leaving this review to compliment him and any employees or ownership that work the way he does

Even when your car gets towed it is hard to hate these guys. They got sub-contracted by my HOA to tow cars parked (in front of my house mind you) over night. Welp...my car got towed... It was a Saturday night at about midnight and Scott, the manager, still answered and talked to me. Sucks having your car get towed and there aren't ways around paying for it, but at least he was nice, respectful, and courteous. Even allowed me to pick up my car on Sunday since we needed it right away. They're good people in the wrong industry.

My car broke down on Saturday and I only had an hour and a half before the mechanic's garage closed. I called Beehive and they said they could be there in 30 minutes. True to their word they arrived on time. The driver was courteous and professional. He got my car up on the tow truck within a few minutes and drove us to the mechanics. The cab of his truck was clean and had plenty of room for all three of us. I only had to go two blocks and it cost me $65 but I can't really complain because he was the cheapest option available.
