Nicki and Annie were very professional and sweet. Nicki made sure that my nails were done just how I liked them. And everything was excellently done.

Very nice salon, the gentlemen who did my manicure was very kind. I got the $22 +tip manicure with reg polish. It was my first time here, but my nails werent soaked in a bowl like a usual manicure (only one hand was soaked briefly but the water was kind of cold)..nor did i get a mud mask like the website says. My primary reason to get a mani was to clean up my cuticles, which he did do, but so different from what im used to. The arm and neck massage was nice, staff were friendly but i would have liked cuticle oil or something. He did ask if it was ok but once i got in my car i noticed my cuticles

I’ve been to this location about 2 times the staff is friendly and very helpful. Besides that my last and final visit to this location I got foot fungus. Just be careful I went to this location since it’s in a nice area and they seemed clean .

So happy with my dip tip nails from Lisa here! She was so sweet and did a fabulous job. It was affordable and super comfortable. 100% will return.

Went about 2 weeks ago, it was alright. Their website said $30 for a full acrylic set (basic set without gel) and I was charged $40, but I chocked it up to an out of date website. They never put cuticle oil on after they were finished and the almond shape is severely crooked on several nails, including both thumbs. Not even a week and a half later and the nails have all lifted enough to trap my hair underneath when I go to put it up in a ponytail, and one I have to superglue back to the nail so it doesn't catch and rip off (yes, that's how bad they lifted). I won't be going back again anytime soon

EXTREMELY over priced. I paid $80 for this including tip. Everything is A LA Carte. They added on a $5 charge for fake nail on top of the $30 full set, $7 charge for EXTRA long nail, + a $5 charge for shape. Also a 20 gel charge. It’s not worth the money at all. They will add on everything to your bill. $67 total for a full set + $13 gratuity tip. They didn’t advise on the add on prices at all when I mentioned the type of nails I wanted.

I loved them!! They took really great care of me and offered me a drink. They explained all the prices and gave me my best option!

Worst $65 I have ever spent!!!! In my 10 years of getting acrylic nails, I have never had my nails cracked into spider webs only 3 days after getting them done (the photo doesn't do it justice). They looked horrendous! A nail broke off on day 6. They redid them for me but acted like it was my fault when it was the crappy nail polish quality. They redid my nails and they look grown out already like I've had them for a week.

Very cute and clean nail salon. Great color selection. They offer complimentary water, soft drinks, wine, and margaritas. Friendly service.

The person doing my nails was really rude to me the entire time and was extremely rough. She kept yanking my hands and arms. Was really painful getting my nails done and ended up bleeding. She made them too short and wouldn't fix them because she said she'd have to start over. 2 nails on my left hand are lopsided. The owners seemed nice so I'm leaving two stars but overall a really bad experience.

Castle Nail Spa has ruined me for manicures and pedicures. They consistently do such a great job that I’d rather wait here than go anywhere else. The attendants ask questions and are very good at delivering exactly what you want. I also get my eyebrows done here and I’m never disappointed. I always walk in and even if they’re busy they always accommodate me! Major 5 stars!

I've had consistently great service, but today I was a little disappointed. I always get square round nail shape, but Ita (nail salon tech) forgot and did round shape. Once I let her know I wanted square round she tried to shape them that way, but she had already filed them short so we couldn't get the look I normally get here. Ask for Anthony!! He's so laid back and nice. First time here and will definitely be back!! Love my gel manicure :) I didn't like the color at first and he asked and we ended up switching to a different one. Didn't make me feel bad about it or anything! Kind folks and great service.

My sister had a dipping powder for her graduation. Lee had done a nice work on her nail. Quick and beautiful nail shaping. We picked this color (picture below) and it turned out pretty.

I'm still trying to find my favorite new nail shop so I tried them out. I might have found it. Everyone was very nice, I got my drink quickly, & the nail tech did a great job. Upon being done I was still lounging in the chair & enjoying the massage feature. I was checked on twice for a drink refill & told to sit as long as I needed.

I've been going to a different place my whole life and for Christmas I got a gift card to this place and fell in love! My gel nails last a whole week longer than the prior place where I'd get them done. The service is amazing and it's always very clean!

I have been coming to this salon for over a year, and I will not be returning.

I have had several bad experiences at this salon, but the manager has always made it right. He always makes sure someone fixes my nails and such when things happen.

My last visit lasted 3 hours. Yes -- 3 HOURS because the dip color marbles weirdly for some reason. Then, I am pretty sure the powder they used to fix it was expired. I opened my wallet, and the powder broke. Two other nails have cracking powder.

I have had my experience with Castle Nail Spa, and I will not have any more.

It's not often that I can say that my nails coming out are worse than the 4 week grown out nails I went in with.

My friend and I came here because another place that we wanted to go was full. We walked in they treated us very well and welcomed us. We picked out a color and were immediately sat down.

We were offered drinks but we never got our pillows that we checked on the sign in sheet. We came on a Friday before Valentines and I was really impressed with all the people they could fit in who were walk ins.
