I've been here twice over the last 3 months. The first time I had gel manicure. The manicure itself was ok but the nail technician left a huge gap between the polish and my cuticles. I walked out looking like I had at least a weeks worth of nail growth already. I did my next gel manicure somewhere else, which did a great job. When I needed to have that gel removed and replaced I came back to Hot Nails because the location was convenient. The nail technician hardly said 2 words to me my entire service. My teenage daughter went in alone to have her nails filled and was totally taken advantage of.
I told her exactly what to ask for, an acrylic nail fill. This should be $20-$25.
She called me crying because they charged her $46. The lady asked her if she wanted gel nail polish or acrylic polish. She again said acrylic. The lady ended up taking off her nails and giving her a new set of gel nails.
They totally took advantage of her young age and we will never return here.
When I called the manager she did absolutely nothing to help. Do no go here unless you want to be ripped off and overcharged

I would honestly never go here again horrible customer service. I came in with my sister this morning and before both nail lady's would even touch our nails they keep emphasizing the amount we would have to pay as if we were planning on running out, then after telling me I would be paying extra because my nails were going to be long she cut them too short and threw a tantrum when I asked for her to take them off and make them longer. I used to go here when this place first opened. Don and his wife was more friendlier. I recently started going back and I am not impressed at all. The tech talks too much and put you down. I was asked if I used government assistant to pay for my services the last time. She also questioned why I bring my daughter to get her mails done. I don't think that they like people of color, because they are so nasty. I will never spend not one cent in that place I now go to Palace Nails

I took my 4 yr old (now 5) there with me for her 1st pedicure on a Sat near closing time, they catered to my young, bouncy and energetic child with ease & patience and even though it was closing time when we were through with our Mommy-Daughter pedis, they were still willing to do a quick nail polish on her which made her day even more! I don't have the money for mani-pedis often, but WILL DEFINITELY go back to Hot Nails & Spa! Not only was the service & treatment fantastic, they are reasonably priced for all the services they provide! You should definitely give them a try!

My mom and I are from Ohio and wanted a relaxing day out of the house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately taken back for our pedicures. We had a great experience. They were gentle with my mom’s sensitive legs during the massage and with an ingrown nail. They were excellent, professional, and personable.

Very sanitary. Nice ladies. I asked for the extra massage which was light and I don't think I got it. I am to a deep massage and it came with 15 minutes and I added 15 more. Feet & legs were not relaxed. True they are unable to serve any beverages due to Covid so NOT their fault. Polish looked lovely. Started coming off on day 3 not good mine normally lasts 3 weeks. Massage chairs are awesome. Thank you.

Please Please Please if you are looking for a great experience DO NOT GO HERE! I thought I should give this place a try but this was by far the worst experience I have had in my life. Nail techs are rough.. they cut me multiple times on my hands and feet and now my skin is peeling around the nail. They lie about prices!!! They will tell you one price before you start and then charge you more and tell you that they never said that. They are rude and a impatient when it comes to choosing colors and designs. My toe polish is sloppy and looks like it has 10 coats on it. No drinks offered. No conversation

This place is ok. If you want something simple done at an average price in a decent amount of time, you will be fine here.

* decent color choices for whatever you get( paint, gel, acrylic, dip, etc.)
* they have tons of people working so you can walk in and immediately get service.
Cons:
* upcharge for everything
The reason this place gets three stars is because they cannot do anything besides simple and if they do everything is an upcharge. If you want any shape besides square, it's $5 more. I always lose trust in a nail place when they charge you extra for basic shapes. I understand

I'm so happy because then I came over here!
I've been to so many nail salons over the decades. Always hoping against hope that I'll find someone who is a true nail artist!

It's a shame I have to give this place one star, I'm only giving it stars because I was little pleased with customer service. So I went yesterday in for a mani pedi & eyelash extensions. I was very disappointed in all the services. To begin for the pedi I felt like I barely got anything done for the price that I paid compared if I would have gone somewhere else ($36). Second the manicure was also very simply & nothing like a regular manicure ($25). Thirdly, I'm no eyelash extensions expert but I'm pretty sure the the eyelashes aren't suppose to be glued to your

After reading reviews from different salons I decided to try Hot Nails. I went on a Saturday around 10am. It wasn't busy at that time. Ann(I believe that was her name) for to me immediately. She was very nice and made sure to ask me after each point of my nails if it was ok.. meaning if I liked it so far. The only thing that I don't like is that it's extra for longer nails...
