NASTY case of bug infestation! The bed bugs have bed bugs/ fleas. I moved into an apartment that had an infestation issue not knowing. I caught covid then realized i had inflamed bites all over my body. After being stuck in the apartment unable to leave for 2 weeks i realized there are fleas everywhere. They came from the people who lived here before me who the apartment confirmed had pets.The complex refuses to treat it until i test negative for covid...my doctor said it could take 3 months but i am no longer contagious. The fleas are now in all my furniture and clothes. I am severely allergic

I am leaving 1 star because I called to get more info on a 1bed 1bath apartment and the guy on the phone was really rude. Couldn't even tell me what the inside looked like and said I had to put in an application without even offering to view a unit or give more info on it - after he said he can guarantee the apartment would be gone by Monday. Horrible customer service. I don't tend to review places but the experience on this was that bad I had to let you all know.

The apartments have a very good location. Nearby are I5, 18, 99, and Pacific Hwy.
The management is great and communicates fast and efficient.
All apartments are serviced and renovated on time.
Schools, especially elementary school leave a lot to be desired.
Occasionally, incidents happen in the parking lot, it is better not to leave anything of value in the car. It would be nice to put cameras or barriers at all 3 entrances to the apartment.

An awesome place to live. The unit is clean and spacious. The management is great and communicates fast and efficient. The area is nice and super close to so many places and I-5. So glad I ended up living here and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

I find it hilarious that automatic response that occurs when you give a bad review. Majority of the 5 star reviews on here are definitely from the staff themselves. I do not believe for one second anyone of those five star reviews are from anyone of the renters here.
I moved in September 1, and I cannot wait until my lease is up In August. I’ve only lived here for three months and Already it is a nightmare.
When you move in the apartment complex they lie and say there is covered, reserved parking, and plenty of guests parking. That is a complete lie. They save the reserve spots for who they

As the new apartment manager, Marco has been very unprofessional and everything has been going downhill since he came on. All the good things about this complex have been disappearing and only senseless things being added. Marco wants a camera by the shower area in the rec room? sure. Marco wants new garbage cans when the previous ones were just as good? sure. Marco wants to make parking passes then change them every 6 months? sure. Marco doesn't want your maintenance requests? nobody will ever see them. Just don't forget, you will get charged for everything. I mean, we have to get the

The only reason I am putting any stars is because I love the layout & upkeep of my apartment!
If you enjoy your sleep & serenity in your home, I wouldn't recommend this place due to their policy on handling ongoing, BAD noise complaints. I work with kids on a daily basis so I understand children need play, NOT AT 10pm at Night! (running, jumping, stomping, banging, screaming)
I have expressed my frustrations from lack of sleep, so much noise going on from the bangs, booms and shaking of my ceiling throughout my apartment from the neighbors upstairs and nothing has been done. I have

Current management and maintenance are great! They take their time to make sure the units are clean and ready upon move in and then do a great job taking care of issues that arise during occupancy. The current management team is definitely approachable and friendly; they make a real effort to know their residents. The only negatives are a small kitchen and parking. The space available for them to have spots is limited. There is also no guest parking, which can occasionally make things inconvenient.

Worst ever never answer their phones during office hours! Nor do they respond to voicemails! I'm surprised they are even open! I don't know how they get anyone to move in here when they are never in the office or calling anyone back! I've tried calling from different phone numbers. I can only imagine if I had lived here what it would be like to get any work orders or anything I needed done!! I would not waste your time even trying to get a tour here because I've been trying for two weeks with nothing no response or no one in the office when I show up and the doors locked before

I been thinking really hard about this review. I'm going to talk about the positive experience first. It was a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a fireplace. We were happy to call it home for two years. We had been saving to purchase our first home. Our car window was broken along with a few other cars all at the same night. A few fires had happen during our stay. The really sad thing in my opinion is how they were able to help us as our lease ended March 2018 . We closed on our house in february 2018 paid our rent for February. We were hoping they could rent our apartment
