Very clean and friendly place to live. Melissa the manager is friendly and is always planning tenant events. We just had a hot dog party for National Hot Dog Day! She is amazing!

I moved with my two dogs from Northern California to this area. Melissa and Whitney Estates took a lot of worry out of the process and provided a comfortable well run place to live. The location in Hillsdale is great with easy access for food and shopping. Well done.

I have lived here 5 years. I like how the apartments are maintained. The grounds are nicely groomed. The manager always has time for me whenever I have a question. I like living here.

The manager has been excellent in responding to repair issues. The apartments are very spacious and quiet. I can walk my dog anywhere on the property, although it would be nice to have a fenced area to let them run! The landscaping is always kept up and neat. My only complaint would be that the entry doors are always covered with webs and bugs. Otherwise, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to live.

Melissa and staff are a great, very friendly staff and any issues that arise are addressed promptly. Grounds are well maintained. Just wish more of the residents were interested in a community setting instead of just appartment living. The few who are are great people though.
