My son and I just moved in April 9! We absolutely love the place so far. Laura was very kind and patient with us, came over to the apartment with us and showed us what light switches turned what on and off, showed us the closets and everything. Very pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone to here!!!

I wouldn't recommend living here ever. When we moved in it took forever to get anything fixed. We have lived here for three years and they also feel the need to have inspections more than three times a year. Good luck trying to buy a house because you have to sign a yearly lease. If you don't sign a lease for a year it's double the rent. If you want to move out even one month short of your lease agreement you have to pay $1480 or all of the remains months lease. We had a friend move out and they charged her 35 dollars for the metal rings around the stove even though they are 8 dollars at Walmart

I have 5 years with Chandler. Most likely the most expensive rental in the Coldwater area. Over time it has progressed into an assisted living environment turning the parking lot into a transit station for pick ups and drop offs. Every few years their is turn around in staff. Some helpful and dedicated where others are lacking. My fifth year I termed my lease which cost me $2000 and a 60 day notice. So prepare to pay this money and any other fines they decide to drop on you. I eventually found a house thus the reason for early termination, but if anyone has this kinda of money to spend I would
