Do not go here if you purchased a Groupon. They will not honor it and will look for any way to slimeball their way out of it. I went in for lower leg hair removal and their doctor said he could not do it unless I also chose to get the hair on my thighs removed. I told him that's not what my Groupon was for and that he was just trying to tack services on.
He said "ethically" he couldn't do it bc it would not look right. If I want laser hair removal on only one leg and not the other, that's my prerogative and not theirs. They are just mad bc I am using a Groupon and didn't want anything else. I

I went to Dr. Sam, biggest mistake is have ever made. I had a reaction to the injection sight, called the office and he never responded. I would suggest if your looking for injections, go elsewhere, they are in responsive, good luck in getting a call back. They will call you back if your interested in getting a new service, but if you have a problem, you will not hear back. I am pursuing a lawsuits against them, buyer beware, don’t let this happen to you!!!

Spent over a year here trying to correct my melasma. I did the laser treatment's and wasted my time and money...well over a $1,000 with no results. No one ever called me or asked how my treatment was going as in result's. I was extremely dissatisfied and would never come here again.

The doctor came in and told me to get a refund for the services I purchased online. He said because my skin was a shade too dark, he would have to use a special machine, a service he did not believe I could afford. He did not offer to tell me the new costs related to having brown skin, he basically refused to serve me because of my skin color, in front of my child. My 5 year old asked if we were turned away because I am black. People of color, dont waste your time here.

Had my first Laser hair removal treatment today. Went really well. Came in with a group on and decided to add on another treatment per the doctors suggestion. The nurse Arrian performed my treatment and you can tell she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She really explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable. I would def recommend this place if you need some hair removed. It was not to painful. Little to no downtime. I can’t wait to see how my results turn out.

I came in with my Groupon asking for Laser Hair Removal, instead of up selling me he asked if I had Cysts in my Ovaries, I was shocked and said “Yes I do, I need surgery they are the size of Grapefruits” he said “that’s the root of your hair issues, instead of treating the hair issue you need to treat that first! I absolutely recommend this place! I went through with my Groupon and had a great experience with Nikki! This entire experience was phenomenal! From scheduling with Zahirra, My consultation with Doc, and my procedure with Nikki

Timeless laser is an immaculate med spa. They have Botox that is always a fair price and the facials are amazing. The Dr. That owns the facility also performs the consults and he provides the most accurate and realistic expectations. The laser treatments and injections are carefully administered and great care and precision is anatomically expressed. This is the best med spa in town!
