Jayme joined The Wax Lounge Family in August of 2017! Our sweet ~Ink'd N' Artsy waxing Babe & SKINfessional~ is originally from the North side of Sunny California where she grew up, majority of her life before moving to Southern California, 5 years ago. She graduated at the top of her class at California Beauty College in 2011, and has been a Licensed Cosmetologist for 10 years.
She started her career in the Aesthetic field by becoming an established makeup artist and professional Waxologist through Benefit Cosmetics in San Francisco, CA. After coming to The Wax Lounge, she excelled at the advance and intensive 4 month training and has since made her presence well known at our Salon.

Love this place. Online appointments not only easy - but fun, they name all of their services hilariously. (read the fine print too) They call if you're late - which I was to an appointment because I'm a ding dong, and they were quick to help me out.
The new location is beautiful, and hides some spacious parking in back.
Reception is always on point - quick to welcome, and quick to get me situated.
Services - I just have a great experience with all of gals. I don't usually pick my specialist, so I've seen probably everyone here - and consistency in results as well as service

I have found my new go to waxing spot!! I had my first of what I know will be of many sessions. The shop is super cute & everyone is friendly and welcoming. Have you ever walked into an establishment and could feel like everyone there wanted to be there? Baby, this is it. I've been to other waxing establishments where I instantly felt the tech was more worried about her next appointment, I felt like I was bothering them with my business. That's not the case here. I can't say enough positive things about this salon. I e booked an appointment for an eyebrow reshaping with Giselle for New Years eve . I expected some judgment but she was so nice! Making me feel 100% at ease with the whole process. She also did a beautiful job starting to reshape the new growth they look so much better. I can't thank her enough!!!!

Bad experience with this place. Been here 5+ times already and the first few times have been fine. The last 2 times have not been great. The Brazilian wax left bad skin reactions on my groin area which has never happened at this place or any others before. I don't have sensitive skin but I ended up with so many disgusting pimple bumps during my last visit. The total waxing time felt rushed and was less than 5 minutes with the wax being uncomfortably hot when applied. It felt rushed unlike my past visits and the waxer was less gentle caring about the skin. I noticed that the single use paper

Brandi took care care of me, good conversation was key in keeping my mind off uncomfortable moments which were very few. I'm 64 and this is my 1st experience with this type of self-care. It definitely won't be the last.
The Receptionist and Brandi were extremely professional and respectful. Good music, very clean, well lit and comfortable!

Wax lounge is always a great time! I see the Goddess, Brandi! She always takes care of me, especially the vajacial. Now, I've had plenty of lower lady facials but what is unique to the Wax Lounge are the services provided. Usually it's just some hydromask but the Wax Lounge uses high frequency (I think, ask Brandi) machinery to really treat and prevent ingrowns and other issues. I love it! It's a unique experience! I try to go every time I am in SoCal!

Absolutely amazing experience. I've been going here for 2 years now, I found this place by chance and here's a few reasons why I love the Wax Lounge!
-An entire Brazilian wax takes no more than 10 minutes, including the time it takes to undress and redress
-they have appointments every 5 minutes
- everything is clean and every room is original. You wouldn't know you're in a salon, because of how comfortable the environment is
-everyone is so kind! I've been with all of the ladies and each of them do a fantastic job and are so nice, including the receptionists
- their prices are really fair

I am new to the area and was looking for a new spot to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and I am glad I came here ! Giselle was so sweet and nice. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and was so gentle.
Definitely will come back. The front desk person (forgot her name) was nice and welcoming as well. Recommended for sure.

Customer service was good but the wax itself was bad. The waxer laid it on too thick and let it cool while she looked for the actual wax strip which made it more painful when pulling. It took her a few tries to actually get the wax strip off, at times the wax would be too hot and it burned me. Afterwards I was experiencing a lot of irritation and had redness along with bumps. Not coming back.

My overall experiences at The Wax Lounge have been awesome. Everyone I've come in contact with is friendly and very helpful in answering any questions. Brandi is my go to person for the Brazilian. She is easy to talk to, makes the process comfortable, gets it done quickly, and of course produces amazing results! This establishment works efficiently to create a pampering ambiance, yet still gets you in and out without waiting around. I definitely recommend The Wax Lounge to anyone interested in these type of services.
