FLAT TIRE ASSISTANCE Flat tires are always unexpected. These can range from many different reasons, from a nail, retread falling off, being bald or even vandalism. Regardless of how it happened, we are here to help. If you have a good spare tire, we will change it where ever you are. If you don't and need to buy a tire, we will be happy to tow your vehicle to any repair shop that supplies tires for your car.
ACCIDENT RECOVERY SERVICES Accidents happen more often these days it seems, because of the digital phone age and people just haven't learned to put that phone down while driving. Our concern is that everyone comes out of this safe. We certainly don't like hearing about these calls, but unfortunately, sometimes it can't be helped.

I called to get my tire change as I didn't have a jacks to lift. They gave me a price and told me the standard wait time is 45 mins. Over the phone they charge me $50 than when they came out they charge me $10 extra because the spare tire was not on the ground not only that but they made me wait one hour and 34 mins more. So in all I ended up waiting a long time and paying more upon completion of job.

My car wouldn't start in the middle of the night after I got off work. I called Redlands Towing and they were able to get to me within about 15 minutes so that I didn't have to wait long by myself so late. Being a woman, that is important to me for my safety. The driver determined that I had a dead battery from what I told him and gave me a jump start for a more minimal fee rather than towing me for more money. I will definitely call again. Thank you.
