Tried to keep my motorcycle put a lean on it the 3rd day it was there and it was took on a holiday when picking up theyblied and said my friend didn't have m1 license untill he asked to be shown on paper then she she acted like she didn't know.she was looking in the wrong spot for the license mind you the day before she told another person Ie was with the same thing

Well my experience wasn't too positive. I wrecked my car totaled went to the hospital. Wilson towing took my car to their yard. On my son and friend went to get my stuff out of my car a lot of it was missing like the leather trench coat and my keys. I don't if my friend took them or the tow truck driver and people there. I really really hope I don't know I don't want to believe either of them did it. So without condemning Wilson towing I would just say check and make sure everything is there. Hopefully everything will be there and they are upstanding people. I'm just not sure. Hope everybody has

My Car was Towed from my Girlfriends appointments. When I got my car out of the tow yard not only was the car Ram-sacked and all of my girlfriend’s credit cards were pulled out of her wallet. Will order new credit cards just to be on the safe side. I don’t know how this tow company gets aways with things like this. Not to mention my front Bumper and rear bumper has damage. Front bumper was left in really bad conditions. My car had no damage at all before it got towed by them. I don’t know how this tow company gets away with things like this.

Bottom feeders. But hey they got they money. Had my car for 1 hour. They got $518 out of me. I hope I'm never at a point where I'm willing to be a bottom feeder in society like tow truck companies. They ruin a persons day, week, month. A person can be at the end of their rope and this can break it.

Update: they tore up my oil pan. This is so messed up. They did this on purpose. This was intentional. They do this for fun.

I had a horrible experience as a customer of Wilson towing!

As I came in on 10/26 there was a line outside!
It was freezing outside and raining
They don't even let you inside
They towed my car but like a boss I got it out the next day
They towed my car for beign parked in my parking spot
They tow cars for no reason and are very rude at the window gate

I'll start by saying I understand the job of a tow company and know how they work and also know The situation I put myself in. I live in a private apartment community that requires parking permit inside, I parked my car inside in front of my apartment for a few minutes to load my fiancé and my bags for our honey moon and swing by the office to get a parking permit for when we return, must have taken to long because on our way out the tow truck driver was putting it up and when asked if I could just move it he said no and when I asked if I could call the office where I live or his work place

The guy that towed my vehicle said there was a drop fee, he asked also for my license and registration. I said sure, went to grab it and came back out in about 30 seconds. He was pulled over waiting..I walked up to the window..said here you go, he looked at me then drove off. Then I called the office and the crude female on the other end was just as inane.

I've been got by these guys twice . And the second time they ripped my door handle from the door, effectively making my life harder in the long run (thanks for that). They seem to scour the apartments at 1am and later to take your car. Super expensive to get it back, tackled on with other fees. Tried to talk to this "D" person, wasn't there. I'm done with this place.

This is the worst Tow truck company in the world ! sadly this is going on to just more than one person I know there's more people that are out there have gotten their own cars from their own driveway towed !!!! My car was towed not only once but twice from this company from my own driveway I live at the little's zion apartments and the apartment manager J says he has nothing to do with them! Another simple excuse to wipe there hands with the situation. So sad

They have the contract for our Apartment Community. You call phone rings and rings. No answer. I email them & inform them of people parking in our community without permits that they & our property management have required. They don't respond. If minus stars were available. They would get it.
Not a member of BBB. Why? Because they don't want to answer complaints that people place against them with BBB. Just look at the BBB website. The owner should be disgusted with her or himself.

These a******s towed my aunties car. They are so rude and careless!! I get it.... We shouldn't have parked there... but if I asked for the address where to go get the car.... Just tell me don't be rude about it!! The car was there all of 2 hours and they charged $375 after the first guy said $350!! They also went in her purse and got bad drivers license and took a copy of it on their own without her permission!! #HighwayRobbery

Got towed from my cousin's apartment complex. I wasn't parked illegally or in a marked spot.. and I got word this morning about guest passes being suspended- awesome. Besides the point.. I waited two hours to get my car back once I had came for my "appointment". $518 and it was about 3miles from the apartments. The poor guy in front of me getting his car was treated like crap too. You can't see the worker since they hide behind a black wall with a speaker thing and it felt like prison. If you ever have to deal with this place, I'm sorry.

These people really need to be under a new management. It's impossible to get anywhere with them. Constantly giving attitude then want to hang up when your trying to talk. Constantly talking over the customers so you never really get a word in. Tow trucks drivers don't seemed disciplined and will pick and choose what car needs too be towed. Basically they don't touch older foreigns and broken down cob web cars.

By far the biggest thief's in the history of towing , business, and reality. They stole my car from a spot it was parked in legally and I had a permit. These crooked people have a daily routine they follow in there different contracted apartments . They r looking for trouble and by god they will find it. The way they Justified this move is because my permit was not valid and my car wasn't operating. I just had drove the car Saturday and supposedly they put a paper on there Friday sayin I had 72 to move, that's a lie because nothing on the windshield and everything points to the truth

I zero star for them... they're so needy and greedy and shady asf too. My car was towed from the apartment complex from where I live and have a parking permit and they towed my car and searched my car and took items from my car all within 3 hours of my being there. Don't trust Wilson's towing. Also reporting them to the better business bureau. Collecting signatures from everyone at the apartment complex too to report you guys...

Terrible service.
Waited in line for half an hour and by the time the line was finished they refused to assist as it was then 5:05. This meant that I now had to accrue another 55.0 fee as I now have to come and get it tomorrow.
No apologies or advice or anything. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give his name or allow us to use a 3rd party towing service to pick my vehicle up. I'm absolutely furious.
I sent an email to what's allegedly their corporate office and they never even bothered to respond.
Absolutely terrible service.
Contemplating legal action and going to have
