On the spot, on time, helpful, intuitive, and above all safe!
I had a wonderful trip, and the experience was well with it in my Cadillac Escalade Stretch Limo I was a rock star for a day!! Except I did not make a mess! lol

Worst service ever. I called about a week in advance to reserve a ride to the airport. 1st is was an arduous process to reserve - I had to take a pic of my credit card to send to them (I should have known then).
I had an early morning flight and made to sure to ask several times if a 3:15 am pickup was feasible. I was assured that it was.
3:15 came and went with no car and no phone call. I phoned them and the guy who answered put me on hold for a bit, after which he came back on the line to say that he was trying to reach my driver. Trying to reach my driver??!! I have a flight to catch! It

Worst follow up ever. Initially got the reservation for my daughters homecoming, but never received a confirmation. After multiple emails and phones calls that were never answered or responded to, I decided to take my business else where.
Fortunately, I was able to secure another limo for a more reputable company. I got the confirmation within the hour of making my reservation.
David, you have a lot to learn about being a small business owner. If you continue to practice like this, you will undoubtedly fail miserably!
Good luck, of which you will need much to keep your doors open.

We are looking for a limo company for our company party and the quoting process with this company was kind of a pain. The first time I tried was at around 10:15 this morning. After promptly answering a few questions on the chat feature of the website, as I was replying to a question that was asked I was disconnected for "inactivity". Later realizing I was speaking to the owner, David. I had an appointment to get to, so it didn't really bother me too much.
A few hours later, I tried calling and went straight to voicemail

Called to book a reservation yesterday since I'll be flying into Portland on business next week. One of my partners recommended PDX Limo - said she had a great experience last time she visited Portland. So far, it's been great for me as well. The owner was really nice on the phone. He gave me a great deal since I'm a first-time customer, and my friend got a discount on her next ride for referring me. It's been a stressful week at work. I'm looking forward to relaxing in a limo once I step off the plane!

Trying to get a quote was definitely unpleasant enough that I'd rather walk.
And yes, he was apparently at the vet but he was under no obligation to answer the call if all he was going to do was make me feel bad and intrusive for calling his business line during business hours. Just let the call go to voicemail.
And yes, I "hung up" by mumbling "sorry for intruding" and then... hanging up, because of the awkward and uncomfortable space created by him. AGAIN, how hard is it to just let it go to voicemail?

We reserved a limo for a wine tasting bachelorette day from Portland to Dundee. Despite having a new born just a few days earlier, David hooked us up with a great Hummer limo, a great driver, Jeff and fantastic service throughout the whole experience! The day couldn't have gone better!! I would high recommend PDX limo service!
